Description

- Add, update, delete, search owners, visits. Add SOAP notes. View History. Color Themes available for skin or background and buttons.
- Create your own custom templates for commonly used scenarios, chief complaints, clinical notes, diagnosis, tests, medications, pills dispensed or prescribed etc. UNLIMITED templates can be created. No more typing. Just ONE tap to select the template. Create default templates and just change whats needed. Medication labels can be created once and reused for future. You can also create a template for Rabies Vaccination tracking including Rabies Tag and Microchip ID. Search Owner by these fields!!
- Securely Export or transfer Animal files by connecting device to your PC.
- Add multiple photos, images, voice (for medical transcripts ), files and video attachments to Animal Visits to capture various needs such pictures before and after treatment. You can also scan or take a picture of lab reports, x-rays etc. Use Update Visit Menu to view previous attachments.
- Goodbye calculators as app will compute account balance using old balance and amount paid / due.
- Use dictations , voice or speech to text via voice enabled keyboard if supported by your device. Just tap the Microphone key on keyboard.
- Export-Import to share data with existing applications by uploading and downloading CSV files. Its perfect for bulk or mass data upload to/from your existing system. If you are a hospital, you can use this feature to send/receive the files to/from other apps.
- Schedule appointments and view them by day, week, month or year. Remind patients via SMS, email or phone call with just ONE tap. App even pre-fill the message for you that you can customize as you please. Supports Google calendar sync. You can use this feature to also remind you of follow-up client communication to differentiate your business and have a happy customer for repeat business.
- Backup your data so you can store it safely or transfer it to the other mobile device or PC.

2 ★ Unable to figure out how or where to enter animal name. Help screens do not explain this or maybe I just cant find the instructions. Would like to organize by animal name not owner name.
2 ★ Geared more towards a Vet Clinic. I don't have the time to tweak all the templates so they are useable for MY PET'S Record Management. I think the templates designed for invoices & letters/reminders are worthless. If a Vet Clinic is using an app to manage their billing, client management & interactions ...that's not where I'd be taking my pets! If you are a pet walker, this app may be useful (after tweaking templates) for that kind of use. Would be a great app if it was designed for the Pet Owner. Being able to enter the animals name (rather than the top of screen saying "Animal #..." would be more user friendly. Lastly, setting personal reminds (not SMS or emails) for pet's appts, vaccinations, ect. would be a great addition.
3 ★ It's a real shame that the developer seems to have no interest in making this app all that it is capable of being. I was fully ready to upgrade to the paid version when I realized that there have been no updates in over a year and a half. Basics like having a place for the animal's name and reminders to YOU for your appointments seem to be missing. I was unable to send SMS with a template using my LG V410 tablet and there was not a way to include the animals' names in appointment and invoice reminder templates. Editing a client resulted in creating another "visit." There was no way to associate more than one animal to a client without inputting the clients info again. The app could be easily adapted to a multitude of animal related businesses (I was testing it for my horse trainer/riding instructor daughter) and although the app comes somewhat close to what she needs, we will be passing on it unless the developer makes some fixes and improvements. Too bad because it did have potential until the ball was dropped.

2 ★ Confusing layout...all I wanted was to put in my puppy's medication records, and it's the one thing I can't find among all the extra stuff that's in there.

5 ★ Feel like a bad kitty momma or papa when the vet has all your fur kids info and they ask you when was the last time your fur kid had_________. All that is heard is the sound of crickets because you do not know. We'll now you can bust out your phone and know all the shots dates etc. Very great idea for busy households great for that multi pet families.
