4 ★ I don't have an employer's perspective on this app, but as an employee who has to keep track of my own hours, or I don't get paid, this app has been reliable on a daily basis for the last 6 months. It has crashed a time or two, but it started right back up and my hours weren't lost. I gave it four stars instead of five for the times it did crash as well as the time it takes for the app to detect my internet before I can veiw the overveiw section. Minor inconviences at worst. My app of choice.
5 ★ I love this app ! Does an excellent job of keep track of my hours and even puts them into a PDF for me to send my boss ! No problems running on my MOTO Z force 2. Update: After using this app for 4 months I can still say it is an incredible tool that saves me so much time and organizes everything for me. Very Happy with this app and highly recommend it.
4 ★ We've been using Sinc for a few years. It has almost every feature we need and we love that! We can accurately check what location our remote employees are servicing. We can talk hours, pay rate and to see that all employee is working their scheduled shift. The tech support is knowledgeable and quick with responses. My only snag is that I want more features that are being developed now rather than later. Love using Sinc!!!
5 ★ 6/21 Update After having used Sinc in our company for the last 3 years, we are more satisfied than ever with the functionality of the app. With workers hours apart that we often don't personally see for weeks, timekeeping has gone from being a constant headache to a breeze. The app is constantly being updated with new features that almost always work seamlessly right from release with few bugs or issues. Customer support is incredible, fast, and helpful every time. Definitely worth the cost!
5 ★ By far one of the best cost effective tools for my business ! Accurately log labor cost, materials, and other expenses. Admin feature is easy to use and the support is available when iI need them. The developers get a gold star on usability and simplicity. It's versatile, any company can and should use it. They even took time to hear a feature request I had. Luckily they already had a plan for my needs and are looking to add more features to suit my buisness.

5 ★ Terrific app! I was looking for something user friendly, cost efficient with location-based info. This checked all the boxes and then some! I've reached out twice for tech support (more for tweaking the app. Not actual issues with functionality) and Sam helped me both times in a matter of minutes! Seriously impressed with the customer service/support. I highly recommend this app!
5 ★ Excellent app. I use it for payroll and my employees clock in and out themselves and love it. I love the fact I can see the total payroll for the week as well as individually.
5 ★ I have come to relay on this app as the way to keep track of my employees’ hours. Not only is it beneficial to me, but my guys also love it. Both employers and employees can reliably and with accountability for any changes, keep track of the time worked. In addition, it is super easy to use both on your phone and on a desktop so even the tech-unsavvy people end up adopting it easily. In construction it is hard to enforce your guys to use any system so the fact that my guys not only use it, but also love it is all I can ask for. I Definitely recommend this app!
5 ★ This app has been instrumental in being able to oversee employees while working in different locations. Having the added feature of being able to report incidents from an OSH perspective has been invaluable. The app is very user friendly and makes payroll much easier. I have had a few issues, but the team are very responsive in assisting and resolving any bumps in the road.
4 ★ Was great now every time i open app a survey pips up and will not let me past, have used for 2 years without issue, has been weeks already, unfortunately will need to find new provider

3 ★ They have put most options behind a subscription, I loved this app when it first came out but now it continually forces to get a subscription. While I understand needing to make money I would rather endure ads than pay monthly for yet another thing I can't afford. On to the next app unfortunately, but if you can afford to pay it looks to be a good app and from what I used it was nice.
5 ★ I have used the SINC app for over 2 years now and have found it very useful as a single contractor who needs to keep track of my time. When I looked into what apps were available this one seemed to be the most suitable and the easiest to use with the most features available that I needed. It has therefore been an invaluable tool for me over the last 2 years in recording my working times with the ability to provide me with spreadsheets and other information in several different forms
5 ★ I have been using this app for almost 2 years now. Its extremely user friendly. My employees like the ability to be able to clock in and out on their phones. I like being able to track when they arrive on the map section. Also, I spoke to the department of labor in NH and showed them this program to make sure it was compliant with NH labor laws and it is. One reason is employees can leave note if they miss a punch in. I can then go in and update it which leave another automatic note.
