The Application digitizes the various Loyalty programmes run by the Restaurant making them easier to manage.
The drudgery of manually managing promotions and coupons is taken away by the built-in software, thus speeding up service delivery. The App generally promotes Loyalty to the business by giving customers great value and by improving the quality of service delivery. There is detailed information about the benefits of the Restaurant’s popular Ebusua Loyalty Card.
Clients are able to make reviews of the services and their experiences at The Gold Coast Restaurant and Cocktail Bar. The App also integrates the social media pages allowing clients access these resources.
A payment link is provided within the App making it very easy for clients to make e-payments for services rendered by the Restaurant.
Customers receive push notifications and information on promotions and events on the go.
It is expected to serve as a two way communication channel between the Restaurant and its clients.
