1 ★ I am very disappointed, with 2 days until I was going to rank up to Ambassador and my list of tasks updated so that I had to purchase coin boosted items, and now it's bumped me back to gold. Thats a new low, now we have to spend money on products that we don't get a choice in. Not to mention that after two weeks of the app working with Woolworths online order PDF, it decided to stop working. This is my primary shop for the week, so disappointed 😞.
5 ★ Great way to earn money just buy scanning your receipts! Can withdraw the earned SHPING coins to Coinbase or sell to a bank account. Support and dev team are very responsive.
3 ★ 3 to start with as it's nice easy signup process, if you link your coinbase it send shp coin straight there. sun 19th Nov. will update next Sunday to reflect on the week but by the looks this is a great new site that will change the way advertisers and customers interact
3 ★ I have had this app for some time and collected a lot of points but only just decided to cash out. I then found you are only allowed to cash out $5 a month! This makes the whole thing pointless, it would take years! Also the levels are so frustrating! You work you're way up but if you can't make it to the next level you're straight back to the beginning again!! 🤯 Getting buddies is SO hard!
5 ★ Updated review after longer term use of the app. It is a well designed app with a great project and team behind it. Support is helpful/quick to respond. You do get paid out returns for your time completing tasks. You can level up by completing certain tasks which greatly increases your earning potential. It works well when building a shopping list, comparing prices to get the best deal and to find new products you might not have thought of trying before.
1 ★ When I first installed the app, I absolutely liked it. However, on early January 2021 my level dropped down from Platinum to Silver and I lost the reward coins worth almost AUD40. I have reached out through IG DM, email, and phone number I found on the website, no answer. Some days later, my active days did not increase (I waited about 2 days) despite my effort to actively scanning, writing reviews, and taking pictures. I would love to hear more from the developers. Thank you.
3 ★ The scanner is surprisingly quick and accurate. Went pass the required amount of scans before becoming bronze, instead of bringing the outstanding scans over, it resetted to 0. Unable to earn much points even after scanning lots of new products as it just left as processing and no points are being credited. Great app if it was more efficient in processing points.
2 ★ ive used this app 3 times mainly. had app breaking issues 2 of 3 times. 1st time it wiped my balance. 2nd time now i go to scan and i have to type in details, but everytime i click the field to pull up the keyboard, it auto closes the keyboard. i try again and it closes again. this renders it unable to input info via typing. the rewards are quite low (understandably) but there is no gamificatiom experience outaide of referalls and scanning to psuedo level up. they should add bounties or somthing
1 ★ All the hard work to climb the Ranking from Bronze tp silver and near to level another level you get demoted back down from silver to Bronze.Just to know how hard it's to get to next level and get Demoted to start over again waste of time.

1 ★ Initiam impression was it is a good app, but then I noticed that even though u upload a receipt and get acknowledgement of points added, it does not reflect in the points many times. Today, without doing anything, I noticed my balance reduce without any initimation or reason provided. To top it up, there is no support details provided to contact them. Recommendation is to stay away, as they are making revenue at the expense of the customer without proper customer service or notifications.

4 ★ I'm really liking this app so far as I love paying the lowest price for items. I quickly got to $10 and wanted to cash out to test if the app is legit. It turns out the cash out is capped at $5. I'm really hoping the cash out amount will upgrade as the levels progress. Would really like to know as otherwise I cant see the point in writing reviews long term if you can't cash it out for perhaps a year or two
1 ★ The app shows limits of $20 but when I try to withdraw. It prompts the maximum amount I can withdraw is $5. This could take years just to cash out the reward. This is really frustrated when the users provides massive amount of data but are not able to get their rewards which they deserve.
1 ★ Never download and use this app..the points we collected can't be cashed out. Few months ago, the app still allowed us to cash out $5 every month..but recently they changed the system that stated we have cash out limit $20 monthly..however once you cash out, they will deduct the points and stated cash out completed but no money goes into bank account. I have contacted shping and Elouise Bailey (customer success manager) but still yet heard back from them after 3 times asking for updates.
