Create notes: Easily create and save photos, and text notes of the properties you are viewing. Video notes are also coming soon!
Notebooks: Whether you’re searching for a downtown apartment to rent, or to purchase a home in the suburbs - you can create separate notebooks for each different type of property you are searching for.
Property rating: Save your favorite properties, and rate which features you liked or disliked.
Unlimited collaborators: Making the decision which home to buy or rent typically requires input from your family or friends. Send another Showing Note real estate mobile app user a sharing request to collaborate and share notes, pictures, and favorites.
Upload listing information: When you arrive at a property, just enter the address and Showing Note automatically detects your location. Upon your check in, the real estate mobile app gives you access to in-depth MLS data about it and then rank it compared to other listings you've seen.

1 ★ Tried creating an account several times manually as well is linking my FB account but it won't allow me to do so. Going to try again but will uninstall if doesn't work.
5 ★ Never print MLS notes again. Now you can share notebooks with your buyers all through this app. Photos and videos are way better than chicken scratch on the back of a printout.
