これまでのビデオチャットのサービスではアカウントの取得や連絡先（ID）の交換が必要でしたが、kaomiseではこれらは一切不要です。
Web面談だけではなく、オンライン英会話などのeラーニング、お客様サポートやコールセンター、不動産や車の査定など、さまざまなビジネスシーンで活用できます。
【基本機能】
・ビデオ機能
ライブでWeb面談ができる機能です。通信中の映像や音声は録音・録画することも可能です。※録音・録画機能はオプション機能です。
・チャット機能
チャットボードからテキストで会話することができます。
・ホワイトボード機能
アプリ上で相互に手書きの絵を描いて共有できます。手書きの内容を保存することも可能です。
その他にも多くの機能を搭載しています。
