1 ★ This used to be a great app! Now it's confusing, it crashes, you can't just click on an RX on your account to refill.... Because there is no place to hit "next" or "go" whatever. None of the dates match up. Etc. Etc. Definitely need the old app back!! 100% unusable now! :/

1 ★ Ever since it changed a few weeks ago I have to create an account to refill my RXs, and I have tried for several days, several times, each time stating an unexpected error has occurred. I can't even refill my prescriptions now.

1 ★ I do not like the new version of this app!! I get a text when I have a refill to pick up but it doesn't tell me what script it is and trying to put in a request for a refill is very confusing. Please bring the old app back!!

1 ★ The app is totally worthless, it says create a profile but it won't let you create a profile. So how do you supposed to use this app?

1 ★ excessive amount of time trying to setup a new account from phone, not very easy to navagate once account was created

1 ★ They do not have digital coupons. If they did I would do all my shopping here.

4 ★ Love how easy it is to scan and refill my family's prescriptions.

2 ★ Is there any way to get the old app back. I'm not happy with this one at all. Doesn't save anything or you can't hide old medication on your list either anymore.

5 ★ This app is awesome! Never had a glitch, so convenient and very user friendly!! I enjoy the outstanding layout and convenient options..remind of appts, refills, manage Drs; it's all there... and secure👍👍

4 ★ Some my rx are listed twice n I've missed out on meds cuz the refill were taken up by the double listings

1 ★ It's not so much the app I had a problem with it's the fact that they sent me all of the $10 gift cards and I can only use 1 per order in the app when you need $100. For free shipping the cards are just there to cover the shipping and even if I call and give them my order number over the phone they say I have to pay separately so I have shipping charges on everything

1 ★ It never works. And keeps telling me to update when it's already updated

1 ★ Refill orders don't go through to Shopko often, even when it gives you a confirmation. Sometimes refill orders will send 5 times without giving you a confirmation. This is honestly the worst app I have on my phone!

3 ★ It is slow, however so is the website. It is super annoying that you have no way to display others on your account so I end up on the website anyway.
