1 ★ This updated app is a joke. The old one was user friendly. The new update is difficult to log into. I get a message that my password is invalid unless I verify my email first every time. The old app you didn't have to log in every time. I also cannot see the promotions that I have. How do I know it was accepted at the time I donated and added to my account? Please go back to the old app. The majority of us donors would appreciate that. This new app needs to be removed.

1 ★ Ever since the highly touted, new app update, I have about a 10% chance of actually being able to sign on. It's the same username and password and sometimes it works but MOST times it will not! It keeps saying unsuccessful login attempt. Please check your login credentials and try again. This is such a pain! The other app remembered my username and password and I was able to seemlessly make appointments, check promotions, or check my card balance. This new app is just aggravating.

1 ★ Was perfect, quick and easy and now it's so bad. I have to put in my usermame and password every time now which is super inconvenient because mine is so long. Also, it won't let me schedule. You use the 1st drop-down to say you're there for a donation and it doesn't let you schedule unless you put down 0 children but the drop-down for that is greyed out so you can't even use it. Big waste. I only donate because it's needed during the pandemic. Place is clean, people are nice. Fix new updates.

1 ★ Horrible Horrible Horrible! The updated app never works! Can't get into it to even make a appointment and they don't answer the phone if you call the center to ask any questions or make a appointment! No stars! Won't stay logged in so you can't make a appointment and no one answers the phone at the center! Giving up! I repeat no one answers the phone!

1 ★ The previous version was hit or miss, at best, as far as ease of use and reliability. The latest version is terrible. There is no way for the even the username to be "remembered" and it's annoying that I have to input that and the password every time I want to use it. That, on top of the fact that I'm only able to schedule my appointments after I uninstall and reinstall the app, and even then, it's still not reliable. Sure hope someone can step it up and fix it.

1 ★ This new update should have never happened. I'll keep this brief. The app no longer keeps you signed in hence you having to log in EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Scheduling has become more difficult to use since the days are not highlighted. The promotions and donations are separated. Buttons don't work most times especially up log in. What happened here is a step backwards in time. No need to fix what wasn't broken.

1 ★ The old app was MUCH better. Can't schedule an appt in new app for days. I have to log on EVERY time, and it never gives me the drop down screen for type of appointment and number of children. I can't make an appt. Super frustrating!!! Old app was so easy to use, always accurate with $ and appointments and automatically added to my calendar. This is literally the worst update I have ever done! I hope corporate is reading these reviews and trying to fix it.

1 ★ The old app was way better. Have to log in each time you open and often have to try several times. Even if you are not really scheduled twice in seven days, it won't allow you to schedule, says you are. When you cancel, you get a text and an email. Canceled at 5:20 a.m. I got them both at 1:03 the next morning. Very annoying!!

1 ★ The new update as of March is HORRIBLE! 1. Signing in every time is a pain! 2. When rescheduling, it doesn't allow you to scroll through the whole day to see all available times. 3. It rarely lets be scheduled through the app 4. I get email notifications, but nothing comes through the app. (Yes, i checked my settings) 5. I don't understand the need for the update. As far as i can tell, all the same info is available as before. just doesn't work now. 6. Can we add SPE results to the app?

1 ★ The old app was fine. New app will no longer allow me to log in with username and password. I had to go to the website on a PC to login and schedule an appointment. Changed my password while I was at it then came back to the app and it still won't let me log in. This app now serves absolutely no purpose at all. Uninstalling from my phone. What an inconvenient waste.

1 ★ New app is terrible. I have to wonder who tested this in real life. You have to log in each time and appointments are no longer auto added to your calendar. Additionally, if you change an appointment, a new calendar invite is added instead of updating the initial one. Super frustrating. Please roll back to the previous app!!

1 ★ A huge step backwards! Prior version supported fingerprint sign on - now gone. Prior version understood the 7 day scheduling rules - now it doesn't. Prior version would let you schedule two weeks in advance - now it doesn't. If the goal was to turn donors away, well, congrats, you've succeeded admirably. I guess I'll have to call the center to schedule my donations, because the app and website won't support what was available last week. When I get tired of that, I'll probably quit donating.

1 ★ This update in March 2021 is horrible. It doesn't save our info so we have to log in everytime. Also for logging in,, it doesn't ever work the first time,, I have to close out again and go back into it and redo my name and pw. Super annoying. I cannot reschedule appointments as it doesn't show me all times as it used to, so I have to cancel then reschedule. GO BACK TO THE OLD APP PLEASE

1 ★ There was NOTHING wrong with the app before the "update". It was easy to navigate, kept you logged in and scheduling was a breeze! Now it is utter garbage, if you can even log in! I was able to use the website to schedule, because the app says "wrong log in credentials", but it's not very user friendly imo. Now I am reluctant to donate because of these nuisances. Bring back the old version, I'm sure Biolife is losing donators to their competitors.

1 ★ This new "improved" app is terrible! Having to re-log in every time is a huge pain and that is IF it let's me log in at all. Don't fix what isn't broke and PLEASE go back to the old app! AND if you want to reschedule an appointment it won't let you see times past 10am! The poor people at the centers are going to be getting annoyed with all if the calls so people can reschedule their appointments.
