Download the latest ShatelTalk application, version 3.5.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Communication app is developed by my shatel and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 3.5.0, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
ShatelTalk service is a phone solution for end users or businesses willing to benefit from low cost callings.
Note: You need to be connected to Shatel network and have a ShatelTalk SIP account to be able to use this softphone.

App permissions
ShatelTalk 3.5.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Marker permission for applications that wish to access notification policy.
Allows the app to answer an incoming phone call.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to record audio.
Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to read the sync settings.
Allows applications to write the sync settings.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to write the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

1 ★ وقتی از اپلیکیشن خارج بشی دیگه تماسی رو برقرار نمیکنه و میگه در دسترس نیست سیستم دایورت هم کار نمیکنه و اگر شماره رو دایورت کنین میگه اشغاله. با وجود این ایرادات عملا بی استفاده هست.
2 ★ پر از باگه خیلی روش باید کار بشه من که 2 تا شماره دارم نمیتونم هم زمان ازشون استفاده کنم حتما باید روی دوتا گوشی این برنامه رو نصب کنم
5 ★ پیامک و پیغام گیر رو فعال کنید لطفاً منظورم sms and voicemail هست از نسخه های قبلی خبر ندارم اما این نسخه کیفیت تماس عالی بود
5 ★ خیلی خوب و کار راه اندازه تنها بدیش اینه تنها رو اینترنت شاتل کار میکنه که اونم به چشم نمیاد
3 ★ چرا نمیشه از دو یا چندتا خط روی شاتل تاک استفاده کرد؟

2 ★ خیلی ضعیف و ابتدایی درست شده.ضبط مکالمه داره ولی فایل ضبط شده رو هیچ اپلیکیشنی نمیتونه باز کنه،یعنی عملاً الکیه.کیفیت صداش در ۵۰ درصد موارد خرابه.اعتبار خریداری شده مدت زمان انقضا داره.و در کل خوب نیست
3 ★ اپلیکیشن خوبیه فقط متأسفانه وقتی اعتبار می خرید توی ۶ ماه اگر از اعتباراتون استفاده نکنین ، از بین میره. بابت همین قضیه من فکر می کنم دیگه ازش استفاده نکنم

1 ★ مسخره ترین چیزش اینه که با TD-LTE خود شاتل نمیشه ازش استفاده کرد! پشتیبانی هم هیچ توضیح قانع کننده ای ندارد!
