5 ★ Service is always great & friendly! I never mind waiting, if necessary. However, it's never long. I love this place!
5 ★ Fast & friendly service. As can eat inside or do drive-in. Ordered a head, was ready when I arrived.
3 ★ I downloaded the app about a month ago and as of this review, my previous 87 loyalty visits has not transferred over. I spoke with management at the local Shane's but they have no answers other than to say "it's suppose to transfer over", obviously to no avail.
5 ★ Scans better than most. Gives the option to scan the receipt if you forget.
