1 ★ It's totally worthless. Don't ever go for a VIP account. They send you the same profiles that you have access to and already viewed. They don't follow up, but you have to follow up with them. If anything, it only makes it difficult for you, not easier. So in turn you pay huge sums of money to make it more difficult for you. The consultant is totally out of sync and clueless. Does not follow instructions even after repeating the same thing 5-6 times. App is worse than real Shadi app

1 ★ Well its just another app from the vast library of Google play. The membership is as useless as the normal shaadi app. I have been charged too much to listen and handle tantrums of team. Its a huge loss do not get this membership. Hi App team thanks for your reply, but the thing is that iff your ac managers were serious enough. This would not have have happened. Any ways still i would recomend other not to go for your membership 🙏

5 ★ The VIP Shaadi mobile application is just amazing, as I met two people. Even though things did not work out well between us, it's a positive sign that indicates this app works. I am hoping to find the one I am looking for real soon. I am confident that with the help of this mobile application, I will find the person that I can share my life with. The app is really simple to use and has a straightforward interface, which makes it incredibly convenient. By being able to pick and choose who I want to connect with, I feel that this is a safe way for me to meet someone special.

5 ★ Service wise VIP Shaadi is nice but I found it little difficult to fully understand the app in the beginning. But the consultant who was assigned to us guided me on call about how to use the app and then it was easier. Apart from that, he was also very good in connecting people and came up with good profile recommendations for our daughter who got married just last year.

1 ★ Extremely disappointed. VIP shaadi offers no real value add. Profiles were shown thoughtlessly without any special consideration about compatibility, despite having explained the criteria explicitly. The service was frustrating. There was a change in consultant without transfer of adequate information or contact. the complaints/feedback were not responded to. Terribly regretful experience.

1 ★ DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE. You'll be better off finding the right matches & sending invites on your own. I can't believe how they're running this. The consultant does not put any effort into finding a match as per your requirement. What an easy job, just pick 3 random profiles that do not match your preferences & send them. And if by chance you liked a profile you have to be the one constantly asking for updates. Don't waste your money & time & depend on them. They only care abt money.

1 ★ It's a waste of time and money. The consultant will provide you with barely any acceptable people, and when you do, they're ALWAYS unable to contact them and ask you to move forward to the next people and repeat the same thing. And when you don't accept someone, they keep asking you to at least talk to them and again fail to connect with anyone. I was told I would be sent profiles from their VIP Shaadi list, some of them may be were, and a lot of them were actually the free members whom I could contact myself without paying a lot of money for a failed service. Extremely disappointed with the service would not ever recommend it to anyone.

1 ★ App turned out to be a waste of time and money for me. I spent 500 $ on a product and they were not able to find a single match. Kept asking and following up with them regarding what to change and everything that is needed. Always got answers which did not make any sense at all. Overall very dissatisfied. If I can go back in time and fix one mistake of 2019, it will be not to take their service. Pathetic beyond words.

5 ★ When I started using the VIPShaadi app I had no idea how beneficial it would be. First of all, the app itself is very easy to use. I had only signed up for the initial three months of the VIP Shaadi subscription. However, I chose to renew it after realizing what a great service my advisor Nitin was providing. He was very quick to respond to my questions and he helped me navigate the different features of the app. And I must admit that it was a wise choice, as I reconnected with my life partner j

1 ★ Don't ever buy this service it is miss leading service, no refund policy. Earlier commitment was made to improve as per feedback but it is not being done. They will send you the profile which are already visited by you. You don't need this service if you have premium membership. You could just set the search criteria and search for matching profile. 35k was wasted on this VIP membership. I would recommend don't ever buy it. It is trap.

1 ★ With all due respects , I don't find this consultancy or the vip shaadi useful ! Since the consultant never reverts back about the profiles i ve sent nor get a matching profile ,most of the profiles sent by consultant weekly are Random profiles which don't fit my criteria that i underlined specifically! No offence but I am sorry that i am not happy with your services and feel it's a big blunder to use this Service.Can term as a MEDIOCRE & MISLEADING SERVICE FROM SHAADI TEAM. Thanks & Regards

5 ★ Vip shaadi is good sign. I m fully understand this app. And the aap also provides a lot of information about your matches which makes deciding who you want to meet much easier.

1 ★ The VIP app is basically the free version plus access to the hidden profiles. While great at a first glance, I would say roughly half my matches on VIP were the same as my matches on the free app. My consultant did not put any serious or detailed effort into matchmaking - it felt like he was doing chores or the bare minimum and was not invested in getting me my match. Taking into account the price paid, I would definitely recommend not going ahead with this app and service.
