Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows applications to change network connectivity state.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

Allows an application to collect component usage statistics
Declaring the permission implies intention to use the API and the user of the device can grant permission through the Settings application.

1 ★ It used to work fine. I only use it to check tickets. But that hasn't worked now for weeks. Tired of trying it, so im just getting rid of it. When it worked it was helpful, but now it doesn't and it hasn't been fixed so im deleting it.

1 ★ can't even get past the age verification screen: i guess there's supposed to be a checkbox but there's just the word "check" & clicking does nothing. hit continue & it says you need to verify by checking the box. so basically i can't even use the app. (using a gallieo pro tablet).

2 ★ Used to love the ticket checker feature. For the past few days it just says it's unavailable after I scan a ticket. Reinstalled several times, still doesn't work. Please fix.

1 ★ I can't even start it. It says it can't establish a secure connection but I used to use it all the time. What a shame. I guess no more for me.

5 ★ Scans my tickets great with HTC and apple phones. I also Received great coupons. Has no ads. Best way to view current and past numbers and winnings. Fast and easy to send losing ticks for second chances to win. Even shows all games that have that option. You can brows scratch and fast plays still available to buy with exact $ and top prizes in each game not won. With odds and statistics. Best app for person who plays specific game to a multi game Enthusiast. Also it has a multi demo so u can play your favorite LOTTO game. Or lean a new one.

1 ★ This app is all kinds of broken now. Ticket Checker doesn't work. The contact us link is broken. It used to be a good app.

1 ★ It worked then now it doesnt. I tried uninstall and reinstall several times. I cant even log in to enter tickets manually. It really sucks. I am hoping I can can get to a computer so I can enter my tickets manually. I sent several emails requesting help. I was wnt a link that was not helpful at all. I wish the problem with the program would get fixes. :(

1 ★ This app freezes, tries to load an interactive game, just sits there after four different tries 🤗 I got one to work. Just plain sad.

1 ★ tried scanning tickets, took too long. Over 3 minutes to find out that I was a loser or winner. ...it was faster looking them up on the site.

5 ★ This app is great with my Galaxy S7 Edge, found winning tickets which made me happy of course. Works great with my phone, I don't know why the other people in here are having problems.

1 ★ It's so ridiculous that you can't use the app when Gus decides it's closing time. If this is taking up space on my phone, and using my data, I don't need a curfew on when I can use my app or not.
