2 ★ This app is very bad because sometimes cut rate is very high sometimes it's cut rate is very low.One day my power was disconnected I think one day our family live without electricity . Tomorrow I recharged my electricity but I see of that day which day my power disconnected but cut rupees with my recharge of that day. that day I often see this.
1 ★ Extreamly poor experience. Exponential billing and they cut power supply as a measure of blackmailing. When complaint is made the throw the blame on wiring, earthing and everything. All this started happening just after placing prepaid meter. Very annoying.
1 ★ Completely irritating. It shows an amount to be paid, every time I pay it (even higher), a new amount immediately appear to be paid! I entered correct OTP every time to link account, it shows incorrect? Wastage of time... E mail not working. Sorry, but it's extortion app.
1 ★ If you dont have ability to maintain this app then shutdown this and go to previous methods of meter checking and billing because it show last recharge date ( jan 2023 in one meter and Aug 2022 in second meter) In may 2021 how is it possible. And also recharge are made unsuccessful
1 ★ Your smart meter was already charging twice. Now something has happened. It took my 1000 rs. Recharged amount and somehow made it negative. Last recharge date : aug, 2022 . Then in order to prevent getting my electricity cut , i recharged with rs. 100. And now it is showing last recharge date as Jan, 2021. Kindly look into it asap. This kind of things require police case, it is forgery.
1 ★ This aplication is not at all useful in case of any dispute. Neither the customer care number ia useful not the application. I have raised a complain but they have not reaponded. Absolutely a fail. This application and support is absolutely a fail.
1 ★ Very disappointed...worst decision to install the smart meter in our apartment..we were not in flat since last two month and MCB was down still it charges 5-6 rupees per day...Do not install smart meters they are Dakaits
1 ★ Very high billing.. More than double from earlier billing. Cant cross check the metre after switching off all electric points of house as it stop or not..disgusting..
1 ★ Disappointed with the crashing of website.Unable to pay bills online. When it will be resolved because we are apprehensive that you may cut the power supply in absence of payment.

4 ★ Without giving any message or notice it disconnect the connection which is not good.Atleast consumer should be informed 24hrs before disconnection.
1 ★ Very poor service by NBPDCL, also not receiving any call on 1912. Recharge full amout but affter payment it show 20 times negative balance. Very poor experience. Not updates any balanxe on time.
