Description
On the first tab, the Sensei Gema Gil Alejo is presented with a brief explanation of his career and his senpais and kohais.
The second tab is intended for the understanding of the roots of Shinkyokushin, the meaning and values of this great martial art.
The third tab contains all kyu and in it you can find the names, kata and renrakus both images and videos. This tool is essential to answer questions and improve the positions and technique.
And finally, the fourth tab is intended for contact with the dojo of Sensei Gema Gil, providing the addresses of the blogs and e-mail Sensei, and Facebook and Twitter.
