2 ★ Great set of lights let down by a terrible app. Initial connection was fine but after that it's impossible to connect the lights. Looks dated and just doesn't work so if you want to connect to the lights regularly then I would buy something else. Woeful.

1 ★ I've only had the app one day but so far it's being extremely buggy, no idea how this app passed QA if there was any at all. I get a lot of problems with the connectivity, if I dont use the light for a while and open the app I get a lot of alerts saying I lost connectivity or data, seems like they stack up everytime I lost data. Also the crash detection is extremely buggy, I opened the app at 11pm and saw the no connectivity messages and then one saying 'crash detected, sending sms' (the light was in my bag the whole time and bluetooth was off). The sms was sent, but it was sent 5 hours later.... Not great. Work needs to be done to make current features stable.

2 ★ Come on guys...it's time to see sense. With an overall rating of 2.7 this app needs an update. I have a pair of your lights...Icon+ they are excellent, can't fault them. However they are let down badly by the functionality of your app. I would especially like to be able to control the intensity of BOTH lights at the same time once I have them paired up. But any improvement to the app would be most welcome.

4 ★ Before you Android folks complain, they are still working on the Android app. That's why the app doesn't load for some of us. Sounds like they'll be done soon. Patience

3 ★ I wish "off" meant "off" rather than 50% off and hit it again. Been doing the city data tracking, seem to get a lot of internet lost messages for minor signal black spots on route.... Dunno if it stopped waiting for an acknowledgement but it's still got the popup when comms are actually fine 🤔

1 ★ Works intermittently. Sometimes it connects and is able to change settings. Other times it sees front light but not rear. Or it sees both but not able to change settings, but battery level works. Not worth the trouble but necessary to change settings for changing riding conditions. Even uninstalling the app and restarting phone and connecting lights to charger to reset them helps.

1 ★ Got these lights as a Christmas present and have been excited to test them out but the app is rubbish - it keeps telling me I need to update the firmware but then crashing and erroring which means I can't use the app at all (other than to connect to my lights and turn them on and off... which is something I could do easily without the app...) Please update the app!

1 ★ Nothing works for more than a few minutes. The app is an absolute waste of time, the lights are good but without the app they are not using anywhere near their full functionality. I also can't find any useful, detailed instructions. After over 6 months of nearly daily use I can honestly say the lights are good, the app is not worth using even when it costs nothing. The manufacturers should be ashamed at releasing such an appalling bit of software. In addition, after contacting See Sense for assistance, I can confirm that they are as useful as their app, ie a waste of time. Do not waste your time on this, you will spend more time trying to get the app to work than the lights will ever be on your bike. If the manufacturer could see sense they would sort their app out.

1 ★ Guys, you've over invented the "light" and I now realise that I don't want my cycling enjoyment to be super connected with my smart phone. I concur with all of the frustrations already mentioned. My saving grace was the fact that my front Icon developed condensation after a drizzly ride and wouldn't charge. I cut my losses and Cycle Republic kindly gave me a refund. Let lights be lights.

3 ★ ACE and ICON+ lights seem top notch but this app on android won't pair w the ACE and isn't easy to pair w the ICON+. A problem because firmware can't be upgraded nor can light intensity be adjusted without the app. After some fiddling, those features work on the ICON+ but not the ACE. App has a crash notification feature to SMS notify a contact in a crash. The "Test" of the crash feature works but it reports failure. Not sure it would work in a crash or not. I had hoped the app might do more - especially with reactive features. I was aware See.sense was late with an android app; fortunately the lights themselves seem solid even though the mounting hardware is so so.

3 ★ Still work to be done on the app its self. Would be nice to have more custom settings, like control of adjusting the volume for the theft alarm. Auto rotate for the app, for those who mount their phone's sideways.

1 ★ Putting aside the very poor interface, the app (on Android 8) can't connect to the lights. The phone can detect the lights in its Bluetooth menu but the SeeSense app refuses to connect to them, making all of the smart features of the lights completely useless.

3 ★ Just got the ace rear light. The light looks and feels quality. Very bright. Can't comment on all the extra stuff till the ace is compatible with my Android phone via the revised app. I do hope once connectivity is established with my phone it will enable the junction and roundabout modes as it's why I bought it.

3 ★ Firmware wouldn't update through Android had to use an Apple device to update. When cycling through modes the lights will get stuck on solid and refuse to turn off or go to any other mode. The pairing works just about but they regularly go out of sync. The process of connecting lights is cumbersome and unlikely to bother spending a few minute in the dead of winter trying to connect them when it will probably lead to the app crashing and having to turn them on manually. Feels like an early beta disappointing

1 ★ Very bad on my android after reinstalling. Can't get app to open so can't pair lights etc
