Description

See it, report it, get it fixed. From potholes to tree branches, the City of Ann Arbor’s new “A2 Fix It” system makes it simple and fast to notify City Hall of problems in our community. This app provides users the ability to track service requests, their own as well as others, and be notified when issues are resolved. The app’s GPS recognizes your location and has an easy to navigate menu of common issues. Users can report missed cart pickups, dark street lights, street tree problems, sidewalk hazards, clogged storm drains, graffiti, missing traffic signs, street flooding, park maintenance issues, and much more.

App permissions

A2 Fix It 6.10.2.4735 APK requires following permissions:

1 ★ App itself works very well. It's the City ignoring issues like snow removal on commercial property or non-working street lights that's the big problem.

1 ★ Update claims support for anonymous reporting but when you try to goes to sign up/log in screen. Think developer needs to look up anonymous in the dictionary.

5 ★ Easy to use and the city is responsive, a winner.

3 ★ Closing a project because it had been tasked or planned for future is disingenuous and makes others presume the issue was fixed when they see the blue icon.

5 ★ Pretty cool to see a city actively roll out new methods for citizen feedback and step into the digital era.
