Alarm Relay 4.5.2 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows mounting and unmounting file systems for removable storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to record audio.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

3 ★ App keeps crashing while trying to set the alarm and or disarm. Doesn't recognize pin at time have to log in and out several times.
4 ★ Crashes sometimes while arming and disarming, I hope they fix the bugs because otherwise it's great.

5 ★ Awesome! The app is doing everything it should do. The Helix alarm system is great, and allows very detailed monitoring of my house. I have over 20 zones so I can really tell what is going on at the house by individual door or window or motion. I have added a Z-Wave card which works perfectly with a GoControl/Linear garage door opener and several GE Z-Wave switches. I can see the current status of the garage door, and open/close it with the app. I can also turn on flood lights or interior lights with the GE Z-Wave switches. I even set up a scene to disarm the alarm, open the garage door, and turn on the lights in the garage.
1 ★ App doesn't work, company not able to fix. Returning back to company and looking for another brand.
2 ★ Need widgets, much easier to arm and dis arm with widget's.
