App permissions

Smart Gallery 1.7 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to manage access to documents, usually as part of a document picker.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

5 ★ This made my life very easy... This app is as simple as it sounds... With my new Oneplus5T, things did become little different since I wasnt able to move things from one folder to another directly from gallery; hence I had to go to file manager to move images... But now thats not an issue, all credits to this little app... And oh... did I mention? It has NO ads... ???

5 ★ After initial impressions, a great gallery app. Simple and effective, ad free. Much like my old Galaxy Note 3 stock gallery (which was great, the new Samsung stock gallery is pretty pitiful) but with many more customization options to make it feel just right. Controls for customization are also pretty easy to find and use. Only drawback is it wont use my Note 8 built in photo editor, or work with Android Beam.

5 ★ Very nice. Simple. Ad free. Customizable theme. Awesome job! It is mostly everything I want. I am going to make a couple requests though. Please add option to keep camera and screen shots at top or a customizable option for select folders. Please add option for a folder structure view. (so sub folders stay underneath, parent folder until you select it). Please add a search option to narrow down folders. Basically my requests are just to narrow down results for people with A LOT of photos under folders. Thanks!

5 ★ Really like the app, but the only problem I have is that it seems with certain apps that Simple Gallery cant be used as an image selection tool. In particular, trying to use Simple Gallery when using the SD Card option in the Album Art Grabber app results in it just bringing up the regular viewing gallery when you open an image rather than selecting that image to be used Edit: Didnt expect to see such a fast response! Im not sure if its limited to just that app or it would happen with other apps as well. Glad to hear youll try and fix it though Edit 2: The only issue I had with the app was fixed, and with speed that I havent seen elsewhere, thank you! Changed my rating to 5 stars :)

5 ★ I love how simple and easy to use Simple Gallery is. I love the new Recycle Bin where the app makes a separate file for the pictures or videos you want to delete ...and then you empty the file when your ready. I also love I can edit my pictures - resizing, changing color format or brightening them. THIS IS A WONDERFUL APP!! Much better than Photos.

5 ★ Id been searching 4 a 3D gallery app, since I tried SGS4 yrs ago. 4 me, that 3D gallery was the best thing about the S4. But I decided 2 go with another phone. Always wanting a gallery app like it, I periodically searched the Playstore, only 2 be bummed n disappointed. Yrs later, a few days ago, I searched again. This time, I hit the jackpot! I love this 3D Gallery app. This is not only everything the S4 gallery was, but so, SO MUCH more. Exquisite! Brilliant! Amazing! This 3D gallery will BLOW YOUR MIND!

5 ★ Fantastic gallery app with no bloat or unnecessary features. I was looking for a replacement for Quickpic, which went downhill very rapidly for some reason. This app so much better! I love that you can customise the colours of both the app and the icon. Plus playing GIFs in thumbnails is something I didnt even realise I needed. I really cant find any downsides. Highly recommended.

5 ★ Simply awesome. This gallery does what I expect from a gallery. In general nmy phone came with Google Photos but I needed a gallery which will be great nand ad free at the same time. This one does exactly this. Well Ive used nsimple file manager as well but its not that great but okay. Whatever the ndeveloper deserved the support payment, so I paid. Nice app, I recommended neveryone to try that at least once One more thing, you can improve the app nby adding an app lock feature.

5 ★ This is a great app, & Im picky about gallery type apps! For unknown reasons, my Chuwi phablet didnt come with a photo or video handling app. I downloaded Simple Gallery, & it does everything I need it to do with no ads (unlike the first gallery app I downloaded to test - loud commercials would pop up & shock me.) Ill definitely be getting the paid version. Its only 99¢ which is a bargain & a half for such a well thought out & easy to use app. Thank you!

5 ★ I dont usually give 5* for any app, but this is exception. Not experienced lag/bugs like other reviews, anyway I wanted a gallery app that did more than the default android but not bloated with features I would never use - this fits the bill (until something else comes along). 1 thing Id like to see is (possibly) plugins for online services like flickr, mediafire etc so I can browse media files in just the one app

5 ★ Fascinating!? QuickPic has been my fave for years, choosing to never use ANY other image gallery app. But, now, -- having the good fortune to happen upon it -- Im sold on THIS GALLERY by TVK!! Has the same options as QuickPic, YET A MUCH MORE convenient, powerful and beautiful way to QUICKLY view ALL of my files of photos! This apps a KEEPER!!! Thank you, dear Developer!!!!!? Cant help but checking out (and likely downloading) more apps by TVK!!!

5 ★ Literally the best gallery app. Period. Got a new phone, came with a lackluster gallery, use this now instead. Might never use another. Also it can read .nomedia folders, and keep them hidden if you prefer. AND, gets frequent updates! To the Dev: Thanks so much! And I totally read all the patchnotes! Especially because yours arent the same Everytime, like say, YouTubes, for example!
