1 ★ Not usable anymore. When I zoom in it loses all ability to interact with client and after a few moments resets to default window which is to small as I have multiple monitors.
2 ★ Worked well BUT I cannot risk leaving it on my phone & tablet as it stays logged on permanently (doesn't "timeout")
4 ★ Great software but would be better if the mouse was different and if it was actually an app not a wrapper

3 ★ Would be great if the samsung keyboard didn't cover half the screen for the remote person trying to configure on the phone
1 ★ I can't believe I upgraded to a Samsung s8 and I now have no mouse! Fix this ASAP!
3 ★ Everything else is good. But that darn mouse cursor is way smaller than the iOS version and is really hard to use.
5 ★ This updated version had the same issue as the previous version however once I updated the ScreenConnect host software on my computer to the latest version 5.3 (and paid to renew my license) this phone app worked perfectly. It apparently will not work with pre 5.3 versions of ScreenConnect on the host and neither will the Legacy Samsung app (at least in my testing).

5 ★ I would love to be able to make the virtual mouse larger on screen.
1 ★ Got information I have no under standing of the ebb terninology
2 ★ No Mouse - no control on NEW Galaxy S8 and S8+. I am utilizing the ScreenConnect for Samsung and it displays remote cursor but no virtual mouse displayed and cannot click on anything. It is useless now. I have tried the other ScreenConnect apps to no avail. Used to work on my Galaxy S7 Edge but sadly no longer. Please fix this issue. Preferably, without the mouse.
