2 ★ Why do I get randomly signed out? App is terribly slow on Galaxy S10+. Takes a while to even register a tap on the screen and if you think it didn't register, you tap multiple times and voila, you've hit multiple things and you're somewhere you weren't trying to go. Messages open slow. Tapping a picture or video is slow, sometimes registers my taps on messages as if I long pressed it and brings up emoji reactions. Very, very frustrating.

1 ★ Super Laggy, rarely get message notifications Edit: it's progressively getting worse. On top of the issues already stated (the lag/slowness of the app has gotten worse) now I am unable to view and download my captures from the app. The audio for the clips play, but the app doesn't respond otherwise. I've not had a single phone that this app has worked properly on. It is trash.

2 ★ The app is so slow it's almost unusable. I try to view a capture I took on my PS5 and most of the time when I press the image or video I want to view the app won't do anything and then a minute later it will pop up on my screen. Everything about the app is painfully slow. I don't think it's very well optimized because I have a fairly capable phone.

1 ★ Makes my phone lag, hasn't tracked my game's hours for a few months now, doesn't properly show which games I've played recently, and in general, it doesn't do what it was set out to do. Wish it worked, because I want to show off the amount of hours I have in Risk Of Rain 2 & Deep Rock Galactic, but quite frankly, the app is just a buggy mess.

1 ★ PlayStation Stars is not recognizing my rare or above trophies to count my progress towards the next level. I've been stuck at 109/128 on Level 3 for months. I should be almost done with Level 4 by now, but it won't track my progress. Definitely frustrating! What's the point of having a player reward system that doesn't give them Rewards? Please help!!

1 ★ The app is okay. It does as advertised. How very, the notifications are ridiculous. I have lost count of how many times I received a notification for Need For Speed being on sale. On top of that, it says that the game is in my wishlist. It isn't. If this keeps up, I will just delete the app as turning off notifications defeats the whole purpose of seeing when I get messages from friends.

1 ★ Simple stuff doesn't work. I don't know about all the big things, but Simple stuff like redeeming online codes are impossible. And then trying to find support for the app, also impossible. "Support" leads to a rabbit hole of refunds or hardware issues and "Feedback" is little more than 'tell us how we're doing.' Other than just buying digital content, Sony is happy to make sure that works.

2 ★ Used to really like the app but it's given me about 50 notifications in a 3 day span that the same game is on the same sale. Even after a reinstall and taking the game off my wishlist, I keep getting the notifications. Probably about ever half hour. Support was not helpful. I don't recommend it if you hate getting a bunch of push notifications that you don't need. Uninstalled.

1 ★ The app used to be great, but now I can't log in. It keeps having an error that says can't connect to server. I tried resetting my password, clearing the cache, and even uninstalling and reinstalling. None of that worked, so I can't do anything with the app. I see in other reviews that other people are having the same problems. Please fix the app and I will revise my review.

4 ★ Solid app,but the notifications are driving me crazy! On 1/5, I received a notification that a game on my wishlist was on sale. And then I got 4 more notifications about the same game. So, annoyed, but aware that $12 for Persona 3 was an excellent deal, I bought the game, hoping the notifications would stop. Well, 48 hours later, the PlayStation app is telling me that a game that I purchased, that is no longer on my wishlist, is on sale. I've gotten 20 notifications today, and I need it to stop.

1 ★ Don't waste your time on this garbage... It never works, always crashes, games that are in the PlayStation store Do not show up when you search for them, More than 50% of the time when you're trying to load something like the sales page or your photo gallery it shows a blank page that just says "something is missing" after waiting for it to load. This app only works like 8 percent of the time. I've made numerous complaints and spoken with tech support/customer service with no luck... 🗑️

2 ★ This allows you to view your trophies and library and get alerts for discounts on watched games which is why I have it installed. It's mostly good, but has really bad hiccups with the fav list. As of today, it keeps sending 4+ push notifications for e same games being on sale. This had been going on every hour or more.

1 ★ I've been perfectly happy with this app from the beginning despite how slow it is. Yet now, for DAYS it has been hitting me with sales notifications on my wish list for the SAME GAME over and over again no matter how much I clear it. It has told me like 14 times to go look at Oxenfree and I'm sick of it. Going to end up uninstalling soon if this keeps up.

4 ★ It was a good app for years, so I'm giving it 4 stars. It needs to be fixed however. I get the "timed out" error directly after hitting "sign in". No time to even time out; it just times out instantly. I just use this app to transfer screen shots to my phone anyway. If there was another way to do that, I wouldn't even need this.

1 ★ The connection to the server keeps on timing out so I just can't log in. Plus there's no customer service at all and I can't even get help for a problem I have. Edit: a few months after my initial rating it's gotten even worse, I literally can't get past the screen where I type my email to log in, even though I have perfect Internet and everything else is fine
