PhotoApp - AI Photo Enhancer 2.8.2 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows an application to change the Z-order of tasks.

1 ★ Got the trial although I felt the price was steep. After upgrading it would still want me to pay for the AI generated images. That is the whole point of the trial to try the features. All the other "enhancing" features were average at best. In my opinion, not worth the time, effort or money.

1 ★ The main feature I was interested in (the AI photos) has a paywall. You can't even see how well it works before purchasing a subscription. I saw the company reply to another review who mentioned this and they said you could hit the x and watch an add instead, but that simply isn't true for the AI photo part. When you hit the x, no ads pop up. It just keeps asking for your money. I'm not gonna hand over my money without seeing what it can do. Hard pass. Uninstalling this now.

2 ★ It's ok....when it works. But for a paid subscription (weekly or annual) I shouldn't have to deal with glitches like congested servers. The AI is nice, but contrary to what the app says, it takes over 20 minutes before your results are ready, even after the "first" time. It does a nice enough job of cleaning blurry images, although for some reason it makes the person look slightly of Asian descent...it's weird. I noticed it with a few photos, then tested a few others to be sure.

1 ★ Terrible app. It took over 45 minutes to generate a set of pictures, and none looked any close to me. When I clicked on "generate more pictures", the app stopped working. It hasn't generated any other pictures since. It stays on "1 minute left" and you never get pictures. It asks you to let the app notify you when the pictures are ready, but that never happens either.

1 ★ To use this app for free, you have to watch an ad. Literally, you can only watch 1 video every 12 hours to edit one photo. So, if you have multiple photos, you have to wait 12 hours after watching one video. It's absolutely ridiculous. Edit for reply to developer: I don't mind watching ads. What I mind is watching one ad then not being able to use your app again for another 12 hours unless I pay for a subscription. Most other apps will allow you to watch multiple ads to edit photos.

1 ★ The first generated AI looked like a totally different person. Took a while to figure out how to upload a new round of photos. Tried to generate a new round with different pictures uploaded and it's been stuck for the last 3 hours and failed twice. Very dissatisfied. Edit 10/3/2023: Finally got it to work after deleting data from system settings. Tried again and it still looks absolutely nothing like me. Absolutely trash. Waste of $. Uninstalled.

1 ★ As a paying customer, I feel obligated to caution others about this application. Despite its excellent service, the application has a glaring issue of overwriting your saved images. Attempting to save various photos with differing outcomes results in a single image appearing in your saved photos. Essentially, it undermines your efforts to achieve optimal results by reducing multiple saved photos to just one. This issue is extremely problematic. Not worth it.

1 ★ Terrible. I have had to uninstall and reinstall twice already. And I just downloaded and PAID for this app a few hours ago. It allows you to generate 2 AI's and then in completely freezes. It's not an easy app to navigate either. Your saved images don't show up right away and there's no way to go back to the beginning that I have seen to upload another pic for enhancements and generations. Sucks that I paid the year sub cause now I'm stuck with it.

1 ★ I get having a paywall, but the fact that I can't even sample the product before buying some type of subscription is a red flag. From what I can see so far, this is probably cool for a few images, but is drastically limited by a small selection of templates, which truly limits the long term usefulness of the app. Hence why you're baited into buying a long term commitment before you can even get a sample image.

1 ★ I feel like this app is just made to con people into spending money. Not only is the UI total trash, but I've never seen worse AI generated images. It actually gave me tons of wrinkles that I don't even have in rl. Maybe it would be useful if I wanted to see what I'll look like when I'm 70, but otherwise, the app is utterly useless. 0/10 - no apologies - absolute garbage from so many technical perspectives.

1 ★ Ugh, where do I start? Ads for every move. First tried the enhance. Was OK, but off on my eye. Tried the movement one. Messed up eye, chin, etc. Final result made areas of my face deformed. Didn't move naturally either. Rather creepy. 3rd experiment was on background remover. Horrible. I spent so much time trying to work that! It has no sizer options & it's HUGE. No way to edit small areas. I finally got to where I can at least try it & after all that, said I had no rights, try again in 11hrs!🤬

1 ★ I really like the app, but I paid for the lifetime subscription, and after a couple of days, I was no longer able to generate ai photos on my iPhone. I tried for 3 days, and I'm still unable. I switched to another phone, and I was unable to connect to my purchase because apparently each phone had its own ID code, so I can't connect to the purchase I made on my iPhone. If they fix this, I'd probably give a 4 or 5 star.

2 ★ Terrifying results. I downloaded this app to de-pixelize old baby pics. My first two pictures turned out great, but then they quickly went down hill. The "Enhance" function also "beautifies", meaning my sons 5 month old two baby teeth were replaced by a full set of straight adult teeth, his mouth lipsticked and worse. It not only smooths out pixellation, but poorly attempts to perfect people. A swing and a miss. 10 minutes in, I'm unistalling. NOPE.

4 ★ I haven't gotten too far into this app yet.basically cuz it's like 5 bux a week and thatsway to steep for myself and some of my clients.however, if you can afford it, this a wonderfully, simple and magically complicated AI app for photos. The restoration that takes place is unbelievable. This app has class and isn't afraid to help you out with showing some. Kudos!!!

1 ★ I would not download this app. I had to in order to try it and immediately canceled it. Very limited options, the ai is a totally different person looks wise and body wise. Not realistic at all. Good for them getting their money upfront before you get a chance to look at it, but hopefully enough real reviews will make potential users aware.
