1 ★ It was a great app but currently It has beenna complete disaster. I used to be able to connect both of my buds to my phone but now they won't connect, only one of then works and the other doesn't connect. I've been trying to charge my buds and they still haven't worked. Searched online this whole morning and nothing seems to be working. Ever since the new update this has been happening. Hope it gets fixed.

3 ★ I have to say I liked this app a lot more when it was able to help me find my earbuds when I misplaced them in my room. Removing the find function and sending it to another app that won't make them go off was a major downgrade for me. I hope the next update brings that function back since it made no sense to remove it.

4 ★ It's a learning experience... I read the instructions but I keep finding more ways to use the app and ways that I wish it would work differently. Yes, I can view the entire text sent to me and respond, and successfully make phone calls. Other notifications are not viewed as easily, And I need to refer to my phone. It is easy to install an easy to use... I will continue to work with that. It was a birthday present, probably not one that I would have bought for myself, But I enjoy the app.

5 ★ Wife bought this as a birthday present, I have atrial-fibrillation heart condition and had been checking out devices to monitor my heart rate. This device is a very pleasant surprise. The ECG option along with constant heart rate monitor is exactly what I was looking for. There is one issue i have, the strap is a little short. I have an average size wrist but could only get the buckle to the first hole on the strap and that was a struggle. Apart from the strap this is a fantastic device.

2 ★ The app is not too bad, but it lacks functionality that some other fitness watches have. Some of these requests have been made long ago, but no update from Samsung. Two of these requests include the ability to trim a work session (when forgetting to stop the recording), and another is to see the average heart rate before saving the exercise.

3 ★ I love my Samsung watch and the app is nice but I am having connection problems. I figured out the active2 plugin was still using background data in the app even through I returned the watch and the app isn't on my phone. I think that was causing connection problems because the Samsung active2 had Bluetooth system problems. I hope this fixes mine and other people's problems. I had to reinable the active2 app then uninstall it in Google play, it showed it was disabled not uninstalled originally.

5 ★ I love my new Galaxy wearable. It tracks my exercise, heartrate, and monitors my heart with capability for an instant EKG. The connectivity to my phone is incredible! My exercise tracker can track my effort and time for running, swimming and Cycling. And I love how pretty it looks on my wrist! So happy with my new Galaxy Wearable Watch.

1 ★ No, you actually don't need my location to use my bluetooth EARBUDS. Jfc, just let me listen to music on my bluetooth headphones like basically every other bluetooth audio device in history (i.e. without tracking my location and other excessive permissions). App is unusable without granting these permissions (it will literally just close). I refuse to use this until Samsung stops asking for location and contacts.

5 ★ I love this watch. The paired apps are great. It's lightweight. I can read texts and answer calls with the watch and have full conversations. The customizing features are very nice. No regrets!! I aim to use this to help ease me stress and be more organized.

5 ★ Works great with my galaxy buds pro and it's very useful. No real problems so far, but i would like it to be able to have different noise control options on each ear, other than it being the same mode for both ears (like having turn anc on/off on the left ear and turn ambient sound on/off on the right).

3 ★ Galaxy buds pro controls could be better if all gestures are customizable per side of earbud to access to more functions (i.e. Hold Left earbud, Hold Right earbud, Tap L/R, Double/Triple tap L/R Totaling 8 functions). Additionally, access to the 3 noise control modes is limited to only 2 alternate presets when all modes can be made accessible by making it rotational change among the 3 modes (this can also be better addressed by the above suggestion of separating gestures per side of earbuds)

5 ★ I love my watch. This is the second one that I have bought. Its simple to use and its perfect. I wear it always. Formal, casual on a daily basis. The first watch i owned lasted, lasted for a year and started rebooting. Try to repair but it was never the same. I then replaced it and I have had this for 3 years and I only update. No issues. I love my watch.

1 ★ Have had nothing but problems with this app. It often causes my watch to not function at all. Every few minutes it pops up on my phone saying it can't install some update, but I don't see any update available. So it's killing my phone battery and interrupting everything else I do on my phone. Wish I'd never gotten this Samsung watch. Also, the link to the instruction manual for the watch is broken in the app and the watch didn't come with a paper manual, so there just isn't a manual available.

5 ★ Do not disturb, what a complication to turn on,unlike on the phone,when going to bed early doesn't resume,( except after restart,) to, schedule set on phone in morning Notifications behaviour,app needs a button method for testing Notification settings once they are set.! Also would like acoustic method for removing water from speaker when exiting swimming baths. Face appeared upside down at times could be useful,for left wrist, can it be added in settings? Would like widget to show watch charge.

2 ★ Loved this app and my galaxy active 2 watch, UNTIL the 5/4/2021 update. Now watch (using this app) will not update. App states "watch already running current software"...but it's not. Tried restarting watch & phone, restoring watch to factory, reinstalling app, all with no joy. No way to force a software/firmware upgrade.
