1 ★ Switch it to 1 stars because after new update the app won't stay running now every time you click on it it resets the whole app it won't run in the back ground anymore really now I don't understand how every time you updated this app it gets worse to use on the plus side it hasn't changed my duty stats to drive while I'm not moving anymore and really now how hard is it to make PC, OD, and SL count as one time on a different screen like other ELDs.
2 ★ Bug caused me to miss my 30 minute break. App told me i had time left until break, but i didn't, and then the app violated me and put me in the red. There is a bug that subtracts any on duty time not driving from the mandatory 30 minute break clock, so by using this app company-wide caused several trucks to be in violation because the app misled myself and other drivers into believing we had more time then we actually did to drive before taking our FMCSA breaks
1 ★ Never ever try to get this app ,i was too far from my truck and forgot to log out n there was a 58 seconds driving by the mechanic and was recorded under my name, that 58 sec put me in violation ALL DAY and they can't fix it ,this is BS..... other elds have bluetooth connection so if you don't connect it no driving will be recorded under your name so stay away
1 ★ If I could give zero stars I would. This app is horrible. No matter how often it's updated it still doesn't recognize proper split time, you have to constantly enter load info that it doesn't recognize, constant crashes. If it ever gets any better I'll give a better review.
4 ★ Location is not auto populating for changes in duty status. Checked location permissions for the app and found it off mysteriously after months of fine operation. Turned it back on, restarted, and still no luck. Seems to be only on my phone. Company tablet seems okay. Consider always on location permissions or check for bug please.
2 ★ I am the CEO for a transportation company with 50 tractors and 120 trailers. We switched from Omnitracs to Samara about a year ago now. The switch overall has been good, but the Driver App I would not recommend to anyone. The software is buggy and Samara technical support and QA group is poor. The last 6 months have been one bug after another. I would still choose Samara over Omnitracs, but there may be better solutions out there.
1 ★ This is the worst ELD app I've experienced so far. Says I'm not driving when I am, says I'm driving when I'm not. No control over this either. It's like they keep making it worse to use. This is seriously costing productivity.
1 ★ Horrible customer service. If you have issues you better hope it doesn't happen on the weekend. No tech support on weekends. But they will tell you your on the list
3 ★ Pretty good app, except, everytime they upgrade the app it fails the next time you open the app and you have to delete and reinstall from the App Store.
1 ★ While doing a 34-hour reset in personal conveyance going to the store stopping the truck turning it off setting the brakes the app doesn't come on to ask you if you want to stay in personal conveyance until after you start driving and when you say stay in personal conveyance for one or two seconds you think it's done what you said put you in driving mode starting your 14-hour shift ending your 34-hour reset even after you put yourself on personal conveyance within the 200 seconds so they gave
2 ★ Why do you have to create and add trl. That is STUPID!!! Just allow me to add trl. The app should accept it. It now does not want to accept any trl that I add. Always saying that I have to get a better connection, even when I have full bars. Keep Trucking is a much better app. I would prefer to use it, but Roadone is forcing this one on us. Way less problems, plus the ability to read truck's dashboard codes.
1 ★ Dismal at best. This App has a mind of it's own. You logged off, sorry... no. You went on duty, nope... afraid not. My log says I'm off duty, but I still get alerts all night that I'm exceeding my hours. I logged off on Friday, but mysteriously logged back on at midnight. I have screen shots to back all this up. I might also note that you can't contact anyone ever. Like seriously... no one works there. Complete shenanigans Samsara. Update. Nothing new. Samsara has done nothing to change.
4 ★ I like the App. I with that it was equipped with an alarm that would alert you when your 30 minutes off duty was up.
2 ★ This app would get more stars if it worked better. I gave this app two stars, about two years ago. That hasn't changed
1 ★ Pop-ups asking to rate the app when you are trying to change your duty status and then your status doesn't change properly. After the daylight savings change the app shows starting at 1am each day on the screen that shows your duty changes.
