5 ★ The app is very user friendly and the prices online are cheaper than in store! I am definitely glad I got the app so that I can place orders in the app and then pick them up in store. That ensures that they won't run out of what I want before I am able to get there! If you shop at Sally's this is a must-have!
1 ★ Terrible user experience =( ...it freezes, glitches, crashes, the "Save For Later" doesn't work, searching for products is a nightmare, etc... I hope they care to fix it =/
2 ★ Meh. I don't hate the app but it is honestly useless to me because I have a Sally charge card and can't use it. That has definitely hindered my purchases because I don't want to always have to go in.
1 ★ App rarely opens anymore. Just says there's a security problem, and won't load past the captcha page. Pretty stupid. Update: 04/18/21 - unable to use app at all anymore, due to "security" problem, but I can log in just fine using a browser. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well.
1 ★ Doesn't show enough information about your account. I had to sit on hold overv10 mins to speak to someone and still wasn't able to get through to anyone. Have a problem with my bill. I cant get ahold of anyone to help me. Ridiculous. Definitely need to work on customer service!!
1 ★ This app freezes on black screen while scrolling or going to next page. While using the hair color test feature, the display loads quick and it was fun to mess around with but removing the product was a hassle. I would like to see inventory/product availability for my local store, if thats possible.
2 ★ It's alright I guess. It could definitely use a whole new template and aesthetic upgrade with more seamless transition from page to page.
3 ★ It's an ok app. The nevigation is a bit weird but my main problem is it constantly erases my cart. I cannot build a cart and come back to it later which is super frustrating. Still better than the website I guess
5 ★ Easy to navigate, and i love placing orders online so i dont have to wonder the store. Although the ladies there are still super helpful when it comes to finding what i need.
1 ★ love that a million security check pages pop up every single time I open the app. it has been happening so long now that I doubt anyone will ever fix it. uninstalling.
2 ★ App was running fine till a few wks ago, seems to be a bug with it now. Problem a with pop up blocker kicking over to security check, window Continuously opens again and again not stopping unless force closing app.
1 ★ Can't actually browse on app. Products don't load. Only main start-up page. Can't make purchases through app have to go to website.
2 ★ I am having a securty issue pop up every time i log into the app and it takes forever to get thru. Please fix this issue i am not a robot. Other than that issue is WAS a great app.
1 ★ It was really good, but now the app keeps on crashing, the inspire camera doesn't work, everything either doesn't load or just takes forever to load.
1 ★ The app is slow and often account info rewards etc aren't current or up to date. It's frustrating when almost every time I make a purchase online half my order is out of stock!!!
