This app is made to help all player levels and abilities play better touch footy. The app is for players 7-77, from park to national level.
Instead of looking at moves – it looks at movement. It shows players how to use movement to improve their skills. These movements include:
Skill 1: Position your defender. Here you will practice and learn how to position a defender to where you want them to go not where they want to go, beat them and score.
Skill 2: Beat a defender. Here you will practise how and when to run harder than your defender, to beat them and score.
Skill 3: Step. How do you step? You lift, plant, push your feet, thrown in a dummy, and you’ll score every time
Skill 4: Vision – you look up, count, get an advantage 3 on 2, and pass to beat defenders and score
Skill 5: Flat foot your defender – you use a sequence of go stop go , plant their feet, and zoom past them to score again!

The levels include practise and game speed levels
