5 ★ I have enjoyed the offers that have been given to me.
2 ★ Not for coupon users. The app is fine until checkout. If you want to pay full price, then go for it, the food is great. Coupons don't work. The store and corporate can't help. And the instore wait time is 10-25 minutes on a weeknight, plan accordingly.
3 ★ I do enjoy ordering from the app and the customization options are great. However, I would like to see them add a couple features before I give it 5 stars. First, I really would like to be able to pay with a gift card. It's disappointing this isn't a feature. Secondly, when they have their rewards offers, i.e. "visit 5 times in October to earn a reward" I would like to be able to track that.
1 ★ Ugh! Functional, but useless. The app doesn't always have the right menu items (some restaurants carry different items, but not always available on the app). I ALWAYS have to re-enter my credit card info, even though it is STORED (that's an available option, yet doesn't work!!!!!). I've uninstalled and then installed again, but that's not the issue. This app is TERRIBLE.
1 ★ Notification text is cut off. I can't read what you're trying to tell me. Doesn't remember my cart, so when I switched to another app and switched back, I had to recreate my order and ordered the wrong thing. It's easier to order food elsewhere, so the app is so broken that it causes Rubio's to lose business.
1 ★ New customer. Very difficult to use this app. Issues with everything. Sign up glitches, delivery scheduling issues, never got to payment. Will try again another time, or abandon this restaurant altogether.
2 ★ The app just lost a star. I continue to have issues with the app not being able to use my saved payment method. Every time I use the app the payment method is invalid and I have to add my card again. Scanning the barcode from coupons is better, but seems to need a specific distance from the phone to be recognized. If it's not at the right distance when the camera first starts, it won't be recognized.
1 ★ My comped 2 entrees has not shown up here after calling customer service 2 times. Was told he loaded it onto my rewards page. Does not show up. Was for poor to go orders. Very frustrating
4 ★ I love Rubio's and really love the app however - there is no Diet Coke option on the drink options. This is a serious oversight! Please correct the app. Long live Chicken Tortilla Soup!
1 ★ This app used to be great and it worked perfectly. Now, it doesn't work at all. Please fix your app. It won't even load, it just sits there and says there is no internet connection. I can't access my rewards or even order anything. I am using an Android, Samsung device.
2 ★ The app was a 3/5 while ordering, then I got to my local Rubios and discovered all online orders had not been made. Long story short, I had to get a refund (which sucks because I really wanted that burrito) and drive through a faster place. I wish the app was integrated with Google Pay so I can avoid storing my credit card in yet another app. I wish I could say "light" or "extra" in addition to "all" or "none." It makes a difference. Maybe this will come in a later version. (see Panera)
1 ★ The best ordering app is worthless if there are no restaurants near you that will take an order from it. There are two Rubio's within 10 miles of my home. Unfortunately, neither one works with this app. The closest Rubio's that I can order from is over 30 miles away. Rubio's, perhaps you should've gotten more (or all) of your restaurants online before rolling out this app. It's worthless, at least for me.
3 ★ App is decent at best. It isn't high rated due to setup of payments and settings. Could be alot better if they fix the payment and settings options.
1 ★ I ordered delivery thru the app. They missed an item from my order. When I called the store, they told me they randomly choose a third party (Grub hub, etc) and they couldn't tell me which service delivered my food. My only option was to come pick up the forgotten item myself, totally negating the benefit of ordering delivery. Zero accountability from Rubio's on fixing this mistake. You are better off ordering thru a third party directly, at least they would fix it themselves.
4 ★ been waiting for this for a long time. super happy it is here. it works like most other foods apps which is great. it was easy and straight forward to use. There are only 2 improvements I would like. 1 to have a break down of the calories range. that would help quite a bit. not sure why the item ranges between 550 and 710 kcals. I would prefer the one with 550. also how do I customize? lastly the pictures are Tiny and only get bigger if you click on it. Overall great job!
