Note: Your company must be an RSA SecurID Access customer to use this app. Please contact your administrator if you did not receive the information required to register your device.
App permissions
RSA SecurID Authenticate 3.9.1 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to perform I/O operations over NFC.

3 ★ Try again try again before it actually comes through
3 ★ while I love that this new app lets me use my fingerprint, it has a major shortcoming for me. The previous version of this app allowed me to immediately generate a new token, this app requires me to wait a full minute for the next token to generate. that may not seem like much but when you have to do this several times a day it is a waste of time. also your feedback email doesnt work.
3 ★ It only seems to work if the phone is unlocked and you accept the notification requesting access. Accepting the notification from the lock screen tends to fail. Even while in the app, accepting the request to grant access fails sometimes as it arrives late and the server has already timed out. The server then falls back to the OTC, but the option to use OTC must be enabled per user on the server or it will not work. The app is slow but does its job.
2 ★ Good when works. Frustrating most of the time. The ability to accept or deny from the notification / notification shade is conceptually great, but it fails to work half the time. So I sit there waiting for my application that's requesting the two factor to update, only to realize that the RSA app never registered the 'Accept'. I then need to go to the app and pull to refresh, and it shows up again asking to accept or deny.
4 ★ Solution work and biometric support at this time is limited to fingerprint. Google new motionsence and face unlock is not supported yet. Hope to see that feature Soon. Also to look at implementation of 2fa notification as well. It painful to key 8 digital each time especially when the countdown timer is at 10sec or less.
2 ★ Just average, better options out there. The push notifications are unreliable, timeout authentication and then double up notifications
2 ★ Buggy. Half the time, I have to manually open up the app and refresh the screen to show approval notifications. 10% of the time, it claims my device is rooted and is not compliant. Have to restart to get it to work again.
2 ★ App works as intended providing you allow it to make calls for you. I have no idea why it requires this permission, I have tried revoking or denying this permission and the app refuses to work without it. Why even ask if I wish to grant permission to make calls when the app wont work without it. Take a look at most other apps on the play store, if I deny a permission a specific functionality stops working. Snapchat you can deny location and the mapping doesn't work for example.
1 ★ App has bugs, notification approval does work, everytime we open app it says check internet
1 ★ Poor performance. Randomly says to check my internet connection and fails to acknowledge my acceptance. My internet is perfect, no other apps ever have problems accessing the internet like this one.
2 ★ The "View Tokencode" button just stopped working and I have to use this app to login to work today.

1 ★ QR code scan didn't work on my device, had to load the app on my wife's iPhone.
1 ★ Please fix the errors with this app for Galaxy S9. I use this app for work to log in off site and it keeps crashing every time. It was working perfectlt until my phone updated yesterday.
4 ★ This app can be made user friendly by asking for pin or biometric upon opening the app itself rather than aftet opening, tapping the View Tokencode. Over the long run this becomes frustrating.
