Description
To use the remote control, you must have your mobile / tablet on the same wifi network as your box. Because the application runs through the wireless network, it is not necessary to be near the box. The app will detect your Roku automatically.

3 ★ It works, no question adout it. Has a nice user interface giving it that Roku Remote look. Con: Ad to click rate is a little high, 10 clicks and an ad pops up. That said, if your like me, and your Roku remote keeps sprouting legs and walking off. Than "Remote for Roku", is a must have on your smartphone.
1 ★ well the remote feature works but every 4 or 5 clicks and you fight ads constantly. I upgraded to Premium because it supposedly removes the ads, but that is a lie. After upgrading I had the same amount of ads. Upgrading did nothing but suck some money out of my bank account. Do yourself a favorcand look at different apps.
1 ★ I just need a remote for my roku player, this app said that it was just that, but for some reason it needs something to do with my tv. My tv has nothing to do with my roku player. This is false advertising. It says my tablet and tv are not on the same wifi network. Of course they arent on the same connection, my tv doesnt have wifi, its why i got a roku player.
5 ★ love it! definitely comes in handy when you misplace the remote. I actually accidentally had my roku remote in my purse for some unknown reason. I took it out and left in my car while I was at work on a cold day. Killed the batteries! Been using the app ever since.
1 ★ This is the worst app. You cant even sign in to a an installed in roku without a f****ad coming up, I KNOW HAVE 20 WINDOES OPEN WITH CLICK BAIT BECAUSE ITS IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO CLICK ON THEM, it took me 20 minutes and sorry to say i WAS so frusterated i could cry to just sign into the netflix app. Of course you can pay for premium...what? Why? I am going to amazon and buying the firestick. RIGHT NOW.
5 ★ Does exactly what it says on the tin! Tried the official Roku app and no matter what I did it would not link to my Now TV box. However, this app linked with me taking no action at all. What could be better. Does everything the (lost ) remote used to do. Highly recommended
1 ★ This app didn't even work with my Roku or my TV and I got ads in the middle of me trying to use a remote if you want to make a remote app please don't add ads because it just makes the experience worse for everyone I would give zero stars but sadly I can't so if there were not so many ads and it worked with all roku's I would be happy with this app.
1 ★ Junk every 3 seconds an stupid ad pops up while your using the remote. Dumb creators and most of all I hate ads. Idk why the put ads on a mobile app. Nobody ever wants to see them and do these clowns think it will boost there sales they or dead wrong. It makes people aggrivated therefore nobody wants to buy ya bull
5 ★ Great app. Lost my remote and found this app. Connected to my Now TV box instantly with no input needed from me. Official Roku app would not connect no matter what. This app does everything the remote does so is highly recommended

5 ★ Yes, there are adds. But, this is a free roku tv remote app that works and required no additional setup other than installing it. If there is an option to pay money and have the adds removed let me know.
1 ★ ***WARNING READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING*** will constantly pop ads after about 5 remote presses to the point where it renders this app utterly useless. do not bother wasting your time just try a different app trust me this one ain't it.
1 ★ it's not working so good on my Roku sometimes it works other times it doesn't. so don't get this app. but otherwise this app would be great if it didn't just randomly stopped working.
5 ★ I misplaced the remote for my Roku stick in the living room.it's easy to use my phone and my remote didn't have a microphone on it so it's actually better use my phone so I don't have to type out everything. Thank you for making this app I love it.
3 ★ It worked fine but everytime I for off the app and for back on it wouldn't work at all so I have to refresh until it works. Everything else worked just fine.
