These and many other questions arose from the management guru Clayton Christensen after several meetings of graduates of the Harvard Business School. He found that behind the external attributes of success, most of his colleagues are deeply unhappy.

But why are these smart people developing the strategies of huge corporations not coping with the strategy of their lives? Instead of giving ready-made advice, Christensen and his co-authors suggest that we use well-known theory of management, which is very simple to project onto our lives.

On the example of well-known companies, the book shows what mistakes we make, incorrectly distributing our resources. The authors consider all aspects of life on which our happiness depends.
