Description
• Automatically transfer blood glucose results from supported Accu-Chek wireless meters – no more written logbooks.

• Share your diabetes information with your healthcare team via your Accu-Chek Connect Online account, email, or text message.
• Easy to read graphs help identify trends and patterns.
• Advanced logbook options including: meals (size, carbs, or calories), food images, insulin, exercise, medications, blood pressure, weight, health state, and notes.
Before installing the latest app version, it is recommended to back up your current data from the Settings menu in the App (Settings > Data Sharing > Backup).
The Accu-Chek Bolus Advisor feature must be activated by your healthcare provider with appropriate information needed for set-up and use.
The Accu-Chek Connect diabetes management app is intended as an aid in the treatment of diabetes. The Accu-Chek Connect diabetes management app provides for electronic download of blood glucose meters, manual data entry, storage, display, transfer, and self-managing of blood glucose and other related health indicators which can be shown in report and graphical format.

1 ★ This app was good but only if you have an older phone. I had a Samsung Galaxy S7 and everything worked great. Now that I have a LG G7ThinQ it no longer works. It will not connect via bluetooth to the phone. Not happy about that. This phone is almost 2 years old and the app can not be updated to work with it? Not good.
3 ★ I have an ACCU-Chek Guide meter... Love it! However none of my devices are compatible with it. I have a Samsung Galaxy W phone, a Samsung Galaxy Tab-Pro 8.4 and an ASUS ZenPad 3s 10. None of which are compatible. I would really like to transfer my readings electronically and alleviate the hassle of writing everything by hand. I keep hoping for an update that will allow at least one of my devices to communicate with the ACCU-Chek Guide meter. Thanks ever so much. Jim Kirkey
1 ★ Been about 2.5months since last check on this software, no change. I am reading some reviews saying they got the meter for free and it came with 10 strips. All I got was 10 strips, no meter. I went to Walmart with all the stuff that came with the strips and they said I get a free testing device, provided I purchase the 100 strip package. Did I miss out on a promotion, or did Walmart needlessly sell me something? This device doesn't do anything my prior device does.
1 ★ Will not connect with the meter, even though the phone could easily find and connect. Will not work with any other device I own. Can't even access the data that I uploaded via my computer. Without being able to access any data, this application is dead. Not impressed.
1 ★ The app doesn't work if you want to connect to your meter by Bluetooth. If you are like my and have a accu check guide or other meter that is supposed to work just google "accu check connect apk" and install the app yourself because the Canadian playstore version is not up to date and doesn't work. The apk work perfectly!
3 ★ Would like to know why I am unable to connect my new meter to the app? I just got the guide meter and it won't let me connect it to the app. Probably would have given it a better rating, but it took forever to connect the connect meter to it and now it won't connect with the guide meter.
2 ★ Worked fine until 1 month or more. Have unsynced several times and uninstalled/reinstalled several times. App says cannot find my meter. I have 200 strips left to use before I look into another meter if this issue is not fixed by then!!
1 ★ Doesnt work!! Brand new Pixel 3 and a brand new meter. Does not connect! Why do you state you have something when it doesnt work! Unreal.
3 ★ Did not show up on my new A8 Samsung Phone but my Accu-chek Wireless meter will attach to my A8 S phone it will not allow downloading It works fine on my 4 year old Hip street Tablet though... the app did not com up as an option with play store on my new A8 Samsung but I saw the proper app on my Hip Street Tablet...
3 ★ It wants permission to access and make phone calls. I can see no reason why the app would need to do this. Can't use app without allowing this, feels like a scam.
1 ★ absolute garbage. wont accept login details. called customer support and the app only supports android 6. Like 2015. Its 2019 people. This is medical software.
2 ★ Sync for about a month all of a sudden app will not pair with meter. Meter is paired with my S8 and other app do sync data but not the Accu-Check app.
3 ★ Would be nice to be able to input two different insulin and amounts on the one line can only put one insulin and amount on the line.
1 ★ Keeps disconnecting and takes forever to reconnect every time I go out of range when I come back I have to try to reconnect
1 ★ I am having difficulty connecting app with my meter. so frustrating...device is connected to my Samsung Note8 but not connecting to app. plz help
