1 ★ Timezone is not set correctly meaning schedules are an hour out.
2 ★ The Perfume Genie I found disappointing. The room ( I have now moved it to the smallest room) isn't filled with a lovely scent, in fact, it's so faint it's hardly noticeable. Not as expected from Rituals.
5 ★ lovely smell and looks luxurious
1 ★ Will not connect to the 3 genies we have after updating to the new app
1 ★ Terrible experience, had to find an old app to side load in order to set it up, then update it, worst experience ever and this should not be sold until this is fixed
