1 ★ I can't even register my old or new card. Keeps saying either card isn't part of my program. Wth. How can it be or not be part of my program if I've never registered before.... Just won't shop at tickets anymore. I'll go to GetnGo for my gas and snack needs from now on. No problems there.
2 ★ Ok, so the app was good, then it stopped working. It reset itself and lost my info. I keep trying to get back in, but it is telling me that my pin is incorrect and to call and reset it. I did that, and tried to log in with the new pin, again invalid pin. Please fix the issues
3 ★ It keeps making me uninstall and reinstall the app. Once i do I can open it only 1 time, the very next time i try opening it I have to uninstall and reinstall it again!! VERY INCONVENIENT
1 ★ Apparently my rickers rewards card is not a part of the program so I can't sign up to use most of the reasons behind having the app.
4 ★ App is not opening correctly. It leaves a blank gray screen when you tap on it . please fix it !
1 ★ This always takes forever to open an locks-up the whole phone while it does it. Time to fix this Rickers!
