4 ★ I realy like the service. But it would be awesome if there was an english option aswell.
4 ★ Would be great if you could reduce the minimum order limit to 25 or 30 euros
4 ★ Could be a little bit better optimized for mobile, it's sometimes hard to get around the app
1 ★ Only works if you turn off VPN. Web browser, every click it will challenge you with "are you human?" with VPN. Even Google only asks once or occasionally. Shows how much tracking Rewe is doing. I guess records of my purchases aren't enough.
1 ★ Come on man , thats the most ridiculous thing ever who is goin to order thing 50+ euros . if it was a minimum of order of 10euro that would be ok but 50 cmon thats a f joke
5 ★ LOVED IT We have saved our favorite items on a list inside the app so now we can easily add them to the shopping cart. Instead of spending 30min on the market, it takes now 10min to have it all done, it's amazing! The delivery is great and the vegetables were carefully selected (better than my husband's selection 😂) so I believe we won't ever have go to the market again 🥳
1 ★ I ordered a few things on 4th of January. 1-3 days delivery time was agreed. It was reported on the 6th that it was sent to me. But in fact, only electronic data was transmitted to DHL. My PayPal account was, of course, debited. No other things where happen. The package never arrived. Neither the email nor the phone inquiry, I didn’t get a meaningful answer. _Update: 15.Jan.2021. After 4 emails and 2 phone calls, I managed to get my money back. I deleted my account. NEVER AGAIN rewe.
1 ★ 1 star until you come up with a solution for ALL the items that people paid for to get actually delivered (from my experience and the experience of my friends things get lost/stolen). No English version is a joke.
1 ★ I couldn't use the app. After you accept that your order should be over 50 Eur and after couple of days, It seemed like it accepted the order but it never come.
5 ★ So happy do finally be able to shop online. Some articles aren't availlable but the sortiment is very good and the app is easy to use. THANKS rewe, 🙏
1 ★ Accepts payment and then refunds the amount a day later and does not send the groceries. You cannot rely on them.
