Key Features of iTel hybrid dialer
• Combination of iTel VOIP Mobile Dialer and iTel Call Through Dialer.
• iTel Hybrid Dialer works both online & offline mode. It supports 3G/4G, GPRS and Wi-Fi for internet connectivity.
• If internet is active VOIP mode will work.
• If internet is inactive Call Through mode will work.
• For VoIP calling, it is integrated with mobile phonebook directly.
• Your clients can check their account balance on mobile phone screen or alternatively, they can hear account balance through IVR (interactive voice response).
• As it is associated with iTel Byte Saver, it can pass through any firewall or blocked network.

• Runs Behind NAT or private IP
• iTel Hybrid Dialer is fully customizable. It can be branded according to your requirements and with your own brand. Your clients can download the dialer with full configuration of your service (i.e. switch IP, port, brand name, balance display etc.). Your client does not need to configure anything else except inserting PIN of their account.
