1 ★ Beware. Booked a day room in Scottsdale through this app..received a call from the hotel the night before saying they couldn't accommodate us even though we booked in advance. Resort Pass did nothing to help. Left with nowhere to go for the day now. Do not recommend.
1 ★ Customer service is non existent. Do not give your private information to these guys as they are incompetent. I can't even leave a bad review for a bad experience. Call the hotels directly to book something- this app can't be trusted at all. Garbage service and garbage app design. Wish I could leave zero stars.
