App permissions
Humble ISD 6.6.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an application to read the user's calendar data.
Allows an application to write the user's calendar data.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.

5 ★ Awesomeness
1 ★ It's so small I can't read it and when I stretch it out I lose access to the top and menu. I liked the other one where I could make a shortcut on my phone and see what I needed to see and maneuver around better. Where's the grade key? Where are the class times? It's useless if the teachers don't enter the grades on a regular basis so it doesn't matter either way.
5 ★ I was really excited to see this app become a reality. It's a new system and concept so please give it time to get the kinks worked out if you have experienced any issues. Yes, I am an employee but, more importantly, I'm a district parent with children in 2 schools and one who has graduated. I'm excited about using this app as a parent, and I'm excited about teaching other parents and families how to get the most out of this app!
5 ★ It has its little quirks but overall it works well, having everything in one app helps when you have kids attending different schools. I give the district kudos for trying to simply what at times can be an overwhelming task to keep up with what is going on with the kids schedules.
1 ★ It makes my phone overheat to where it is burning hot. It lags and refuses to select and deselect schools and it selects random schools. I would rather use the website. This is horrible. It drained 17% of my battery in just five minutes. I uninstalled it.
3 ★ HAC doesn't work, there is no "help" or "contact us" option. Both of which are pretty important in an app.
