2 ★ (1) The app doesn't feel much smooth, please make it smoother . (2) whenever trying to connect with pc to share files it fails. Please optimize and improve its performance .needs stability. (3) the application interface is not user friendly and feels odd to use. (4) please improve user experience. (5) the application is slow to share files and takes considerable amount of time to connect with other devices. (6)lots of work needed .

5 ★ All is fairly good. Speed too. But if we improve a lot, the number of users will increase. For example, if I take a file or a movie, where will I put it? Phone memory or memory card. It needs to be improved. Also, when sending a file or a movie, its name cannot be seen. I hope you will improve. The use will inevitably increase a lot. Thanks.

4 ★ It’s a very nice app. And is a very good alternative for SHAREit. Transfer speed is also good but needs to improve in some areas like in this app you should add music transfer and the most important thing you should add is video player within the app.so that it can work easily with iOS/android devices. Please note these requests and requirements. So that this app can be the no. One in India.

1 ★ First of all it was easy to use, single sending not multiple process. Speed is good very fast, faster than shareit, xender, filesgo, mxsender good to use. But it stuck in the middle of sending where I had to canceled and resent it. 14 gb data in just 5 minute. But wait a minute, when I watched the video, all the video is corrupted. Very disappointed 😞😞😞.

3 ★ For a much needed app like this one, the speed of transfer has to be improved manifold, we have to compete and outperform against the Chinese Shareit so as to have a viable option not as an alternative to Shareit but much more than that as a prime preference for mobile to mobile content share and transfer, not only for Indians but globally at large. Come on JIO, I'm proud of you as an Indian and only want to see you in that position. JIO SWITCH should be a proven app rather than used out of love

5 ★ Awesome app..and happy that we have it made in India. As we know it was not hard to make one in our own country ..its just that we kind of ignored the need..but better late than never..so Well done. Just one feedback..why the app keeps running in the background..eve. If I have exit..please fix it...If its an added feature..not everyone would want it.

5 ★ Wow! The developer has listen to users very seriously and doing direct improvement on issues which has pointed. such a great job and great improvement. Few weeks ago, i rated this app with 2 stars and pointed some issues but now the app fixed all that issues in just a short period of time. So i also appreciate it and change my rating as 5 stars. Keep improving like this.

4 ★ Good but design and UI is very bad. Make it interesting and more user-friendly. Your app UI is too simple and please don't get me wrong but its really boring. some function missing like pre-connected between two phones before sharing files, videos, photos, apps etc. And we cant see the size of file at the time of sending and receiving.

3 ★ Impressive work by the Jioswitch. Worked in Android 10 too. Still there is one big issue. The file transfer between pc and mobile is not possible in Android 10 till now. Transfer between mobiles is good even in two different versions of android. Sharing between pc and android below 8 is good. But sharing between Android 10 and pc does not work. Fix this issue. Also customise the UI

4 ★ Everything working good. But user interface should need to improve. And it is not working with pc accordingly it doesn't searching a wifi hot spot on the field of pc. If you come out all these update. Definitely app will be in popular list. All the best team jio. #indian #svadeshi 👍👍 It has been my second Gravience plz work on wifi connection between pc and Mobile. It is not working!!!

5 ★ As giving five stars for an indian app is worthless. But we need some improvement. 1) we are not able to send the files with the file tag that contains. .obb at last. 2) speed is not very fast. Need to increase the speed. 3) Need notification settings. It is always showing jio switch is running even after closing the app. 4) need to have the bug fix. App is fantastic no doubt. But needs some improvement. Thank you team jio.🤟🤟🤟

5 ★ Thanks for the update, I got the trick to play videos within the app, Just long press and swipe up, developers can make it a little bit simpler Now most issues fixed, so I am giving five stars, please work on share files with pc, While sharing files we are blind folded, what is going on, please show which file is being shared as well as file transfer speed and stimated time in case of bulk file transfer.

4 ★ I'll give more stars if possible. The real speed of sharing we never get on any other apps. But the main problem is that we can share only one file/pic/application. I think the developers will solve the problem very soon so that we can share multiple files by selecting at one time.

2 ★ There are many fields of Improvement: 1. While connecting and transferring to pc, It's sending all files without folders 2. App UI is hard to use need a lot of work on it 3. You cannot see files and folders from computer in browser 4. When we press button on any phone, It darkens particular area in other apps. It doesn't give any visual response make it hard to use 5. We have to click on exact spot of checkbox. Apps generally get clicked on check box even if we don't click on exact area

4 ★ Pretty good sharing app, I have some suggestions, I would like the app to compress the files in zip or any other compressed format when taking multiple files from mobile to pc and there needs to be only one option for pc sharing that is just connect to a pc not send to pc and receive from pc and in that one single mode I should be able to send files either from my phone or dig through my files on the phone through my pc's browser and the UI of the app is kinda laggy the scrolling isn't smooth.
