1 ★ The staff are rude and lack of professionalism. They don't listen to vendor reasons. If they say can not refund your credit, that's it . You won't be able to get your refund if they don't want to refund.they will give you such a ridiculous reason for non refundable credit. They choose to ignore vendor when they cant solve the problems. #The staff Name Chloe is rude and unreasonable staff. You will never win when come to solutions. She refused to listen to vendor reasons.
1 ★ This company didn't give much benefit to the vendor. I think they create fake job, and then cancel the job request once they got our quotation without refund our credit back, easy to make profit to the company. If the customer cancel the job because of our quotation or service, i can accept it as our fault. But most of the customer cancel their job because change of plan, at oversea, or no money. And when i ask for refund, this company cant refund my credit back. Easy to make money, huh?

1 ★ highly no recomended...bcoz they wont solve your issue but they will hurry to harm your credit...no logical answer and not reply on time...officail peole can tell you today they are on holidays and need time to solve your problem..untik that stay at homee and no need do work...a horrible joke this app is...i just wish if once i am able to contact any responsible man in this app...
