FilmRise - Movies and TV Shows 8.8 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ Would be a good app if they didn't fill the commercials with Trump lies. Or if they had consistent volume between TV and commercials. And they have nowhere near enough shows. To be honest this app is only one step above garbage

1 ★ Love rewatching old tv shows but it there away to fix the autoplay. example i watch episodes of roseanne and when one ends the player jumps several times beacuse i already watched the next episode prior so i have quickly hit the red dot back to start of episode. It gets annoying after awhile. And now you removed Roseanne why?! That was only show i watch from this app. Guess ill Remove it.

4 ★ Like it alot..no sign up or in...lots of choices..just open app..pick..and watch..Best thing..is no commercials..no glitches..no lag..no freezing NO COMMERCIALS!!!..binge watch..no interruptions ..my new go to...will be for you too..

2 ★ All these types of apps, mostly have the same content. This app has VERY loud commercials. I had forgotten why I had quit using it, many months ago. After two episodes today, I clearly remember why. Deleting the app now.

1 ★ I'd give you a minus one if the opt. Was there..I wanted to say some of your commercials are WAY WAY TOO LOUD!! I am sure you'd be fined if reported because they are far above the set standard for sound/ Frenchy from TV.. I think you need to address this soon.. your Southwest Airline Commercial gives a sharp pain to head the moment it starts so know that one is way above safe levels and your fire season commercial is so loud it's distorted.. that's crazy and against the law there so please fix

2 ★ The choice of movies is decent. I'm not adverse to ads, I know how it works and it's necessary to keep it free, but 34 minutes into a movie and we've already had 6 ad breaks! 3 ads at a time, with a loading break between for each ad, and the ads are at least double the volume! It dramatically and detrimentally affects my enjoyment. I find Tubi infinitely more enjoyable with much less frequency, volume, and loading time for their ads.

3 ★ I installed the app a couple of days ago, watched one movie, but now when I try to watch a movie it had to refresh every few seconds, can't make it past a couple of minutes of that before it just becomes not worth watching. But, I do like your movie selections. Maybe it's just my phone having this problem, but I don't have this problem with other movie apps, so I guess I'll uninstall this app and go back to the others.

3 ★ First, the app does provide a lot of entertainment with commercial interruptions. That would be OK except for one thing. They don't regulate the sound on the commercials. The actual shows have very low sound. Sometimes, I have to crank my TV volume to max just to hear the show and then quickly hit mute when the commercials start.

3 ★ Filmrise usually works well for me, but today, not working at all. Please fix! Usually would give a better rating, but not today. Update: It now works fine, but not giving you more stars, because you keep running the same ad! If you are going to show ads, at least you could show a variety, instea of the same one, over and over and over and.....

1 ★ This app is great it got a lot of old school shows I grew up on without any commercial and they'll show every season of the shows you want to watch

2 ★ I really love this app but since this latest update adding the caption option, playback keeps stopping and now with the ads playing during the playback, the screen goes black but you can still hear what's playing. Playback keeps getting interrupted like if it's constantly buffering. I use this app daily. Please fix this and I will definitely change my rating!

3 ★ Good selection ... I installed this on my smart tv. The only thing I cannot get off is the closed captioning. I looked on my TV and the closed captioning is off , and I don't see any sort of settings to turn this off. I Googled and couldn't find anything either. Please help. To me, the closed captioning is very annoying

5 ★ movies still crash, commercials still shut down movies have to restart movies some movies don't play at all, we the people like Filmrise free movies & tv we think it's great thank you, but the only problem is the bugs are back please if you can fix this we'll be watching great shows again, on behalf of the crew and myself please keep up the great work thank you. stujasfarm

1 ★ Love the app but some of the films and TV shows are not on the app like batman and 3rd Rock from the Sun and the others that u add not on the app plz fix thx

1 ★ Played 2 tv shows alright with a couple of skips here and there. Watched a movie then it said network speed slow and kept starting from the beginning. My equipment is of the best and always up to date. Read the other reviews for similar problems. Better stuff out there. Don't bother. It's trash. Uninstalled.
