Download the latest RBB SPEED TEST application, version 2.2.12, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by 株式会社イード(IID, Inc.) and is easy to download and install.

Description

This app, to extract the average throughput value from data to interact with the measurement server within a certain period of time. 3G, Wi-Fi, the type, such as LTE, it automatically determined at the time of measurement. RBB SPEED TEST 2.2.12 APK requires following permissions:

Permission an application must hold in order to use ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
