Description
Hypnosia builds the session as you respond, a bit like “a book in which you are the hero”, with several possible session sequences.
A first discovery session is offered with the theme “freeing yourself from the mind”, to free yourself from too many thoughts and concentrate on the essentials.
Integrated voice recognition allows you to better define what you want to change, whether to quit smoking, sleep better, change a habit, manage stress, improve your self-confidence, lose weight, transform feelings, project yourself positively.
To ensure maximum privacy, Hypnosia works entirely offline, directly on your phone, so you are free to say whatever you want.
You can therefore use Hypnosia in airplane mode, in order to make the most of your session.
