1 ★ Forgot to close the app and by holding the phone in my hand end up buying a random item for almost 2000. The buy it now click where in the wrong place. No protection for buyer.
5 ★ Fast and more intuitive than other, similar apps.
5 ★ Great app...all works as it should. No bad surprises.
3 ★ Still a functional app but fancy colours and fortnite looks are killing it slowly. Pity :(

3 ★ the app is great for monitoring your bids on the go but you can't really manage to browse (mainly due to the fact that phones have a small screen) another very annoying issue is that changing languages inside the app doesn't work, it only changes the language in the "home page" but when you go into "categories" it's still in german. Please fix this...
2 ★ The apps performance is getting worse instead of better. The main problem I have is with the watch list. I get errors trying to add stuff to the watch list and not everything shows up on the watch list after I add them. I have uninstalled, cleaned cache and app data and the problems remain, so seems like the app is just full of bugs and needs fixing.
1 ★ Useless, the website is much better. The link with notification is useless, you click on the notification and land in the app home page (eg, "you have an answer" and instead of redirecting to the specific offer you land on the main app page). The list of new offers is similar. The email notifications are way better. The daily summary on email are just what you need. Uninstalling. EDIT after reply: I reinstalled the current version. Still same problem. I get notified of 5 items (new items or soon ending items), I click on them, the notifications don't go away and I just get redirected to the "watch list" (where I have many more items that those 5, so the notification doesn't help).
2 ★ The website is not great, but the app is much worse. It does not load high quality pictures (reduced size compared to desktop); It has reduced functionality overall (profile functions like changing address); Reminders to rate me as buyer/seller don't seem to work; Etc etc. ....and this is on top of all other issues with the website and the company (i.e. entries getting deleted fast, not being able to browse things that have already been sold, no proper buyer/seller protection, no PayPal...)
1 ★ This app looks great and is indeed promissing. But unfortunately there are unexpected shutdowns, and the favorites list shows only a few of my favorits, but repeats them a few times. The App sometimes shuts down if i try to bid on an item. Please get that fixed asap. You earn enough money through your platform and enjoy near complete exclusiveness. Thanks
1 ★ I'm logged in, yet "Please log in to your Ricardo user account first to submit a request"... I tap 'register' (your word for log in) and it takes me to Public Profile. It gets worse. Unbelievably, the activation code is sent by snail-mail, and one has to wait simply to be able to send a seller a message let alone bid for anything. This is the most inept and idiotic online market I've ever had the misfortune to encounter.
1 ★ Unexpected shutdowns, wish list not updated and sometimes blank until you reload for a few times. UI flickering and sometimes non responsive. And no my phone is just fine, all other apps working fine, display ok, storage space huge etc ...I'll try the preview... Let's see and hope
3 ★ Lots of crashes, not working properly. I've been working with Ricardo for over 10 years and this last version is an absolute disaster. The new functions are good but I can't really use an app full of bugs. Input: It would be very helpful to see the time when the adds were added.
