1 ★ This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. If i switch to a different app, if I accidentally turn off the phone, or even if someone texts me I have to log back in. Trying to have a department group chat about scheduling nightmares during covid is MISERABLE. New messages don't come up unless you go out and back into the conversation. And god forbid I do ANYTHING else on my phone because then I have to log in again. I have never hated a software this much in my life.
2 ★ The app logs out way too frequently. It should never log me out, unnecessary level of security for a scheduling app. In addition the app should allow a default home page. I like to the "schedule by task" view but it takes a lot of clicks to get there. I would like to be able to make that screen default.
1 ★ Clunky UI: work time clocking often misaligned for in/out (clocking in button when needing to clock out), requiring frequent editing, which seems more difficult (and time consuming) than nec. Easier interface (and clocking in/out with website and computer), but then not real time.
5 ★ Works beautifully for my entire group!
1 ★ Hard to read, non intuitive. Color coding is confusing. Blocks in schedule have hidden information and are not consistent with color coding. Confusing to use.
1 ★ Asks me.to enter password at least once a month and then wont take it, unable to reset, states invalid token. Literally have to uninstall and re install app. Very hard to use
1 ★ Very, very poor interface. Way too clunky and cluttered. Please fix your app and your program. You bought Tangier, that worked quite well, and made it awful.
1 ★ Demands I update app but no update button in Play Store. I had to uninstall then reinstall just to use it. Even after reinstalling, it continues to ask me to update.
1 ★ App doesn't update properly which causes my Google calendar to not sync. I've missed work assignments because the app won't update or publish correctly.
3 ★ Works well but takes so long to load on my note9 that the screen locks out half the time before it comes up.
5 ★ So easy to use. It doesnt freeze up and thefe are no ads. Love this app
3 ★ Schedules aren't showing up. I hate how I have to login again and again when switching between apps in my phone
3 ★ Android version is not the latest version available for iPhones v. 3.47.2902. Necessary features missing in old version.
1 ★ I'm unable to open the messages on the mobile version anymore. This used to work just fine.
1 ★ Too many swipes and taps to look at the schedule. Cluttered interface.
