Avalon Novel 5.8.5 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

1 ★ This app is nothing more than a basic notepad. It links to the Avalon website where you are not even allowed to access the "writers' center" from a mobile device. I regret giving them my info.

1 ★ Has 0 books to read, can't sugn up by email (a lot safer too often I've had glitches when signing up with my Facebook or Google account, so no.) Its TOS states that they get to do whatever they want with whatever you post, that's BAD, run away!

4 ★ Very nice reading experience. Responsive writer support (confirmed with site admin, writers keep 100% copyright of the book and it's also stated in FAQ) only thing I'm not too happy about is it doesn't have email register option, but according to site admin it is under development.
