2 ★ Third time I click delivery and it defaults to pickup. I called store. They said I could cancel order. I hit cancel- it takes me to recpt and says order in progress for curbside. I call back the store to let them know I'll pick it up. They said there's nothing they can do on their end. Luckily I have a car in can pick it up. Although I didn't want to, and only reason why I ordered delivery - on top of Covid, it also says curbside And when I called the store to ltk they say come in. Delete app

5 ★ Food is good as always. This is the first time ordering since the pandemic started so I was disappointed we couldn't eat in( I know we could have but I wasn't taking all my kids there and a husband who also acts like a kid) so... It was my first time using the app ever and I got a big order. Every thing was made right and was delicious. I also got a free sandwich and 5.00$ in rewards. ( Will spend next visit).

2 ★ This app is frustrating. We love everything about Primanti's, but this app. We now have several gift card balances sitting in the app that we can never use up. They will work the first time you load a card in to pay for an order, but if you don't deplete that card's amount, you'll see the money that's leftover and never be able to use it. When we make a new order later, and click on that virtual card to pay down the orders total, nothing happens.

3 ★ I would like to give this app more stars, and use it more in general, but it doesn't work for some of the things we order. The "Pizza Feast" requires me to order a 2-liter, but does not allow me to add a drink... So I always have to call anyway. Also, there is not option for 1/2 toppings for the pizza. Most features and functions are great, though. Update: No changes :(

1 ★ Garbage app. Would not let me pay for an order with a new gift card. App kept crashing. Website is also trash. Would not let me enter rewards on app or website.

2 ★ So if the App Crashes when using your saved payment option... Simply add new and add the same card if need be... Annoying and inconvenient

2 ★ The app was great when started, but update was done and if you are using it now Id suggest keeping receipt for a while Now when check in the points do not get added and have to email in with the reply always saying " do you have the receipt" This needs to go back to scanningbbar code or entering code from receipt This version of the app to me is a way to not give people the rewards

2 ★ Unable to complete order. Hit place order and loops back to summary page and again asked to place order. Two times of this and app crashes

2 ★ Not sure what is wrong with this app. Used to work perfectly, but the last two times I've tried to order it crashes as soon as you place the order, and it doesn't go through. Works perfectly otherwise. Wish they would fix this damn thing.

2 ★ Won't take a valid login. Displays script errors when attempting to do anything, including change password.

5 ★ Great app! Makes ordering so easy! Also, so easy to see if there are any current specials such as BOGO on regular sandwiches, free appetizers, BOGO pizza, etc. I wish all of my apps were as good as this one!! 😁

2 ★ As stated below app works perfectly until I try and complete my order. At that point it says app not functioning and closes out.

1 ★ App is a buggy mess. Half the time I try to place an order, the app freezes, crashes, or logs me out. Great food. Trash app.
