Publix Pharmacy 3.1.2 APK requires following permissions:

1 ★ IF you can get the app open, then you have to try multiple times to get your refill processed. Once that is completed you have to wonder whether or not is actually got processed. Very poor functionality.
1 ★ I have tried so many times over the last year or so to get this app to work. Called and verified many tes if my phone number on file is even correct. I make every attempt to wait for a text message to verify my device and never receive the text message. This is so annoying I almost stop using Publix pharmacies altogether. Nobody you talk to knows how to fix this issue from the store level all the way up to corporate. Get this fixed. I would give this no stars if I could.
1 ★ It worked very good for over a year. Information mysteriously disappeared and now I can not register or log in. Will not recognize prescription number and associate to account. No problem, I'll go back to before this app was ever developed.
2 ★ This is less a review of the app and more of the pharmacy process as a whole. There is no communication from Publix if there's a problem with a refill. If my insurance doesn't approve it, I'm not told. If there's a delay, I'm not told. On several occasions, I have put in for a refill before I needed it so I could pick it up with my others (minimizing outings because IT'S A PANDEMIC), and Publix's own system decided it wasn't time yet so it rejected my refill... of course without contact.
5 ★ Best prices and service of any other pharmacy i have used. Lower prices than CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, even Costco. They even beat my discount coupon apps! Staff is always happy to help and friendly. I'm SO glad I switched to Publix!
1 ★ The app won't send me a confirmation number through text. I've unblocked every number just in case, I've reset, tried multiple times, nothing. And the number on file is the correct phone number. Very frustrating and I can't even get past this to view the info in the app.
1 ★ Terrible login process. Never works. Tried logging on Samsung Android phone and every time it says password invalid. Tried resetting the password several time. Receive reset email,reset password, but app says password invalid. I would move scripts to different pharmacy but my wife loves Publix so we use it. Able to bypass login by scanning refill again and reordering this way. By the way, transferring prescription online also doesn't work. Had to go in and have Pharmacist transfer it.
1 ★ App won't send verification code thus can't even begin to use. Also our Publix needs more help. Giving vaccines should not be part of their job description. Little communication. Took over 2 weeks to get meds transferred there & now after just a few weeks I regret that decision. Meds never ready when said they will be & twice told meds were ready a they weren't when I arrived... once the med wasn't even in the building & was told on phone med was ready!!
1 ★ This app continually logs me out and won't allow me to log back in without changing my password. (Other apps on my phone remember me and keep me logged in just fine.) Super frustrating! I would rather drive to Publix and talk to the folks in the pharmacy than use this app any longer.
5 ★ Tremendous app !! It makes it easier to manage your prescriptions prepay for them so you can skip the line at the pharmacy and save yourself some time and even have them delivered to your home. I highly recommend it.
2 ★ Dosage reminders aren't very helpful if they don't work. I've been late taking my medications almost everyday this week because my prescription dosage reminders I have set up on the app aren't notifying me. Please fix this. This app is great otherwise, I love being able to refill and see all of my medicines in one place.
2 ★ Great for simple prescriptions, frustrating if you have multiples with many refills. Does not give you enough data when a doctor calls in the prescription. Leaves off prescription number, Doesn't show you the last fill date available. Doesn't show number of refills or qty. I have to call every time.
1 ★ I have the same name, email, password for everything else Publix online or apps; BUT the Pharmacy App doesn't allow me to sign in. Saying "Login is incorrect". So, I try to register for new account setup, but it says I already have an account! - Yeah, I know! So, I try to use the same login info that I use for Publix app or my laptop for my online Publix accounts, but Pharmacy App doesn't accept my login credentials with the Pharmacy app!?!?
1 ★ I know I'm using the right login and password (becuase I can log in to my account in a web browser) but the app always tells me it is invalid. Their other apps work fine but this one needs work.
2 ★ Only usaa has a more difficult app. Keeping a password is impossible. SO frustrating. It gets mixed up with regular Publix app when trying to log into Pharmacy app.
