4 ★ Is it possible to use your app on my Droid phone and my home computer? And have the two in sync. When I save it on my Droid it will refresh my pc and vice versa. Thanks
4 ★ I used this app for 5 properties as a test. The Good - FREE and is easy to set up and, tracks rent, autosends recurring statements, allows for text and email with tenants HUGE +. Bad - Reports and tracking of escrow, and other management fees and late fees do not seem to calculate in total due, so you have to add late fees manually. I still use it I think it can be a 5*
2 ★ Dear developer. I do really need this app and wanto try it out. But after installed it, I can't open and said there is an expected clash. Is my phone Lenovo S650 can't support it?

5 ★ This app is totally spot on....genius even! I found it whilst looking for an on the go app to use for my building projects and after taking a look at this out of curiosity I am amazed. The developer is a genius and answers queries by return and is on top of new ideas to add into the app. I have so many ideas for this app that I could quit my business and sit with developer all day adding new bits ....Download it and sort your properties out...its even genius just for your own home...its worth EVERY PENNY
1 ★ What is going on with the user interface! Icons look blurred and not a good resolution. The layout screen for entering a property is terrible.
1 ★ This use to be a "light" and limited WORKING version as per title but as the developer got greedy the lite version aint a working app anymore its more like a demo for you to see the features but its not really usable as it wont indicate rent anymore. I only have 1 rental I did not need the full version but the developer is trying to force my hand. Well this leave a bad taste in my mouth and I will not support this behavior I am uninstalling this and will use another alternative.
3 ★ Is not giving a full experience. 2 weeks full trial means it will not work in 2 weeks so why bother setting limits. Instead should allow users to experience the full app to determine if it's worth upgrading.
