Description

Campus Buzz is an interactive, social calendaring app and website for college students as well as faculty and staff. It organizes all university events in one space, allowing the user to select events of preference, and it enables groups to tailor to the specific users that they want to attend their events. Furthermore, the service allows campus groups to advertise events efficiently and directly to increase attendance. Creating a user profile will allow Campus Buzz to function as a social network by connecting users with friends via the events they will be attending. Through the website tailored separately to specific colleges, campus group management will be easily accessible. Administrators will be established in a select hierarchy allowing an easy flow of events onto the website, timely changes to events if necessary as well as customization for each school.
