ADVANCED SMARTPHONE FEATURES

So how does it work? uPatrol puts the power in the hands of the guard through a smartphone. At each QR Code Checkpoint, the guard can quickly scan the code and report back to Headquarters of a successful check-in. The QR Code attaches a time, date, client name, client site, and checkpoint name along with a GPS location to a map interface. A robust solution from a simple click of a button!
INCIDENTS & EMERGENCIES

What if a guard missed their checkpoint? Real-time alerts can notify Administrators of a missed, early or late check-in and allow them to immediately follow up. And in the case of an Emergency, a guard has the ability to quickly alert Administrators. Email and SMS notifications and an alarm will sound in the online portal, alerting the team to take immediate action.
REAL-TIME COMMUNICATION

Another advanced feature of the smartphone app is the ability for the guards to communicate directly with Administrators. They can send messages, submit incident reports, photographs, audio files and provide signatures for added accountability on patrols.
