No email replies on time. Product not shipped since 5-6 days.. Other items were received. 2 star bcz of customer service especially.

1 ★ The app doesnt load only a white screen appears after the f21 logo, this app is not useable. Very laggy just like the website when i try to access it on my phone. Unshopable!

1 ★ I have ordered few products on 25.12.2020 and expected delivery was by 30.12.2020 and since I don't get my delivery within time I cancelled the product and asked for a refund and and it's 30.01.2021 and I still dint get my refund and today I received a product It's been 1 months and u still troubling me to give my refund back Why would I need your product when I already cancelled them ur customer services has blocked me and I couldn't connect it through call Awful services do not shop here

1 ★ Its a worst shopping app I think its not the real app..because I saw many YouTubers unboxing the product of forever 21..it was too good..in this app we won't get such items and all.. and my phone gets hanged

1 ★ I downloaded it for all of 2 seconds and can tell you it's s scam or virus. It kept taking over my phone screen and not letting me close it or get to my other apps. I had to use split screen and go to the store quickly uninstall this. I think forever 21 only has an app for apple products and I-stuff. Ugh.

1 ★ I am from india and there is no such option to select the country i am in therefore the cities shown are not relevant and products are also not visible even after refreshing the page certain times.

1 ★ Won't allow me to change what city I'm in so I'm shown the wrong currency. It's also challenging to make an account because it won't always read your finger print + shows only 4 cities available due to getting your location wildly wrong. Not worth it

1 ★ I installed it and as soon as I open it after installing, the screen got totally white, I thought my phone got hanged and then I switched off my phone when I opened the app again after switching on again the white screen showed up and this happened thrice.

1 ★ The app legit sucks, it's almost impossible to select an item on the app, seriously never came across such a pathetic shopping app. worst experience ever, I'd never recommend anyone to buy from this brand.
